在希腊蒂诺斯岛的法拉塔多斯村，完成了一座私人住宅的修复和翻新，这座房子最初建于1910年。住宅的设计尊重传统的当地建筑，保持基本组成部分的完整性，同时将一些旧功能转化为现代使用的元素。

within the falatados village in the greek island of tinos, architecture firm bobotis+bobotis has completed the restoration and renovation of a private house that was originally built in 1910. the residence was designed with respect to the traditional local architecture, keeping the basic components intact, while converting some of the old functions into elements of modern use.

住宅分布在两个主要楼层上，设置在不同的楼层上。底层(称为“ katoi”)面积为65平方米，位于村庄主要鹅卵石小路的水平面上，有两个不同的入口可以进入住宅。上层面积为75平方米，连接着同一条街道，以及住宅北侧受保护的花园。

over two main floors, set on separate levels. the bottom floor (called ‘katoi’) with an area of 65 sqm, is located at the level of the main cobbled path of the village, where two different entrances allow access to the dwelling. the upper floor with an area of 75 sqm, connects to the same street, as well as to the garden on the protected northern side of the house.

根据标准的天宁住宅布局，建筑师选择做一些调整，以适应所需的住房需求。厨房和浴室被设计得更大，同时一个旧的酒压机被改造成一个有储藏空间的高架床。在高约5米的上层，安装了一根金属梁，用一张双人床支撑开放式阁楼。

following the standard tinian house layout, the architects chose to make some adjustments in order to accommodate the desired housing needs. the kitchen and the bathrooms were formed to be larger, while an old winepress was converted into an elevated bed with storage space. in the upper floor, which has a height of about 5 meters, a metal beam was installed to support the open loft with a double bed.

在房子后面的花园里，在与厨房直接接触的地方，建造了一个沙发床，用来抵御岛上的北风。从花园，还有通往屋顶的通道，在这个通道上，可以看到周围村庄和 exomvourgo 山脉的全景，也就是岛上的威尼斯堡垒所在地。
