民宿，作为近几年来流行的休闲体验，不仅带来视觉上的享受，同时也能真正地将游客引领至美丽的风景中。莫干山便是这样一片地方，这里山峦连绵起伏，是一个适合度假与避暑的优选之地。此时，来野民宿正安静地隐匿在莫干山的一处，向远道而来的人们慢慢传达出生活气息。

对“水中的一颗树”的概念进行了诠释与重组，让建筑像树一样自由生长，充满生命力，以此来回应莫干山美丽的风景。材质的选择与穿插构造的处理方式，建筑在环境中变得纯粹又孑然独立，消除了周边环境带来的影响。

The concept of "a tree in the water" is interpreted and recombined to allow the building to grow freely and full of vitality like a tree, in response to the beautiful scenery of Moganshan. The selection of materials and the treatment of interpenetration structure make the building become pure and independent in the environment, eliminating the influence brought by the surrounding environment.

建筑设计手法受国际建筑大师勒·柯布西耶（Le Corbusier）五大要素的启发：自由平面、自由立面、水平长窗、底层架空柱、屋顶花园。

The architectural design approach is inspired by the five elements of international architect Le Corbusier: free plane, free facade, horizontal long window, base pilates and roof garden.

整个庭院被水系包围，建筑就像是悬浮在水面中，从泳池到汀步走道以及围墙中不断流动的瀑布，互相流通循环，设计师希望建筑能在水中无限生长，赋予生命与自然的力量。

度假别墅

SUMMER RESIDENCE IN IMEROVIGLI

这个希腊圣托里尼岛上的度假别墅，靠近希腊岛群岛的首府，位于朝南的悬崖上，也是由 Kapsimalis Architects 改造设计的。

This holiday home on the Greek island of Santorini, near the capital of the Greek islands, is on a south-facing cliff, also designed by Kapsimalis Architects.

改造之前的度假别墅，包含了几个分离部分，有主体房间，一个淹没在火山灰中的旧仓库，还有面包房和室外厕所。改造之后，设计师保留了原本建筑的外部形态，同时重建较小的附属建筑，使其相互连通，让一系列房间形成序列延伸至山坡。

The former resort house, which contains several separate sections, has main rooms, an old warehouse submerged in volcanic ash, a bakery and outdoor toilets. After the renovation, the exterior form of the original building was retained, while the smaller annexes were rebuilt and connected to each other, allowing a series of rooms to form a sequence extending to the hillside.

房子的外观很有当地特色，纯白的外墙，极具立体感的造型设计，摒弃掉不必要的细节修饰，给人简约整洁的建筑美感，与周围建筑也很好的形成了一个整体。

The appearance of the house has local characteristics. The pure white exterior wall and three-dimensional modeling design eliminate unnecessary details and give people a simple and neat architectural beauty, which also forms a good whole with the surrounding buildings.

The Rock Suite 的室内延续了拱形元素，壁龛、门、窗，搭配上线条圆润的家具，不仅呼应了原始设计风格，又增添了一丝时尚感和趣味性。

这个度假屋也是 Kapsimalis Architects 建筑事务所位于圣托里尼岛的项目，同样是窑洞式建筑，拥有白色的墙面和屋顶标志性泳池等。
