Pablo and María chose to join two apartments to have the space they need. The house is located on the eleventh floor of a building from the 90s. It enjoys a wide view and plenty of natural light. Pablo has been in charge of domotizing the lighting, security system, the Airzone, the heating….
A large window with a sliding door connects the kitchen with the terrace. Having opted for a carbon filter cooker hood (Elica brand), we have not had the need to lower the ceilings. Thanks to this, the kitchen is more integrated into the dining room space. The technical room houses the descaler and the gas boiler, it is closed by an iroko wooden door.
Most of the carpentry is made with the same wood tone, which gives more coherence. The sliding door that separates the night area has a hidden guide. The windows have a 50cm sill, there is a 50cm glass railing to compensate for the height and, above all, to have windows without partitions...
