Nicole Hollis is an active designer based in San Francisco, United States. She is good at using dark design language. She has a rich imagination in her design, which exudes the atmosphere of art, fashion and architecture itself through her works.

Kailua Kona 2

Nicole Hollis and her husband Lewis Heathcote renovated their vacation home in Hawaii as an ideal place to live away from the city during the pandemic. Here they lived a comfortable, romantic life together. This three-bedroom holiday home comes with a balcony that maximizes views from inside to outside.

受Kohanaiki的委托，Nicole Hollis设计了其位于夏威夷Kona海岸的私人度假会所。会所里配置了高尔夫球场、水疗中心以及海滩俱乐部等一系列设施。通过隐私性强烈的入户门厅进入风景优美的庭院，来到视野开阔的双主人套房，这里除了可以享受无边的游泳池之外，整个私人空间都成为了田园般的岛屿度假胜地。

Nicole Hollis was commissioned by Kohanaiki to design her private resort on the coast of Kona, Hawaii. The clubhouse features a golf course, spa and beach club. Access to the landscaped courtyard through the privacy of the entryway leads to the expansive double master suite, which, in addition to the infinity pool, becomes an idyllic island resort.

Portola Valley

Nicole Hollis的设计发想很大程度来源于侘谧美学和日本建筑理念的启发，自我内化之后，转换在每个项目里。在Portola Valley之中，他们将庭院的隐形推拉门作为允许室内外生活互动的切换装置，其灵感来自日本的屏风的灵活轴动。室内艺术墙漆具有开放的包容性，与室内任何家具和艺术品相互陪衬，相得益彰。

Nicole Hollis design ideas are largely inspired by wabi-mi aesthetics and Japanese architectural concepts, which are internalized and translated into each project. In Portola Valley, they used the courtyards invisible sliding doors as a switching device to allow interaction between indoor and outdoor life, inspired by the flexible axis of Japanese screens. Interior art wall paint is open and inclusive, complementing each other with any furniture and art works.

Presidio Heights

家有多种可能性，它跟随着居住者的品味、学养、喜好时刻变换和更新着。Presidio Heights类似于画廊，在很大程度上成为了业主展示和欣赏世界级艺术收藏品的场地。室内整体白色的基调向来访者展示了它的优雅，同时艺术品（草间弥生设计的青铜南瓜）的置入，使楼梯区具有丰富观赏性。以此呼应Nicole Hollis设计的楼梯造型，表现出非凡的艺术性和前卫感。

Home has many possibilities, and it is constantly changing and updating with the tastes, education and preferences of its inhabitants. Similar to a gallery, Presidio Heights has largely become a venue for the owners to display and appreciate their world-class art collection. The overall white tone of the interior shows its elegance to visitors, while the placement of artwork (bronze pumpkins by Yayoi Kusama) makes the stair area rich for viewing. This echoes Nicole Hollis staircase design, showing extraordinary artistic and avant-garde sense.
