Project Name: Gesaffelsteins Pursuit Music Video

Although we’re not sure if the boy who fell from the sky in '' Wait '' will open his eyes once again in the middle of the forest, we can be assured of one thing: Fleur & Manu , the directorial duo behind the epic trilogy of videos for M83 - ('' Midnight City '', '' Reunion '' as well as '' Wait '', the three songs from the sixth studio album of the French electronic band M83 entitled Hurry Up, We're Dreaming ) - has masterfully managed to resurrect all of our senses once again. Their latest video for Pursuit , a single by the French techno artist & DJ Gesaffelstein , begs to be watched, just like their previous trilogy, over and over again. With its flowing sequence of voyeuristic, masterful imagery full of provocative metaphor and an almost ominous foreboding message about society where human cloning seems to be the norm, the music video begins with an image of a not-so-innocent young boy and girl and proceeds to tell a very dark tale indeed. Pitched against the disconcerting music itself, Pursuit is a great example of how an almost aggressive, disturbing piece of music can be perfectly absorbed if it's intertwined with haunting images and visuals derived from a boundless, unbridled imagination.

Let the Pursuit music video speak for itself as the dark and unsettling beat of its ominous melody emerges from the narration of this ‘modern day’ and cutting edge, aggressive and menacing visual poem. A true masterpiece.
