业主期望建筑通过竖向要素削弱体量，融入城市，因此在整个建筑体量由一栋栋分开的小垂直体量组成。南侧楼宇除了彼此的空隙之外，还在表皮开了6—10米高或宽的露台，露台其鲜艳的色彩跳动在立面上，有效的削弱立面压迫感。北侧的体量高度错落有致。

整个底部连接在一起，上方种植着绿化景观。北侧是公共走廊，南立面采用了玻璃幕墙，与其它混凝土配涂料立面形成鲜明对比，同时在夏季开启有助通风，在冬季关闭形成温室般的室内体验。这个具备雕塑感的项目有着分散而多样的环境，吸引居民走出户外享受空气，阳光还有社交，并以独特自由的面貌重新定义天际线。
