业主期望建筑通过竖向要素削弱体量，融入城市，因此在整个建筑体量由一栋栋分开的小垂直体量组成。南侧楼宇除了彼此的空隙之外，还在表皮开了6—10米高或宽的露台，露台其鲜艳的色彩跳动在立面上，有效的削弱立面压迫感。北侧的体量高度错落有致。
整个底部连接在一起，上方种植着绿化景观。北侧是公共走廊，南立面采用了玻璃幕墙，与其它混凝土配涂料立面形成鲜明对比，同时在夏季开启有助通风，在冬季关闭形成温室般的室内体验。这个具备雕塑感的项目有着分散而多样的环境，吸引居民走出户外享受空气，阳光还有社交，并以独特自由的面貌重新定义天际线。

Volumes are connected at the bottom to sit together and unify this vertical landscape.
These verticals are accentuated by the contrast material between the south facade and interior flaws. Indeed, the south facade receives over-continuous glass facade forming emissions in winter and summer ventilation.
The place, the volume of the southern facade turns with a frontal balanced across the site. Treatment glazed south facade turns partially Bottom initiating the passage of an urban space to another.
