Presenting a 44-story condominium tower situated opposite Central Ladprao, the innovative ‘Hype Valley’ concept reimagines urban living, offering a range of distinct experiences. Notable features, such as a signature pool and up to 15 lifestyle amenities, redefine modern residential life.

到达入口大堂时，会被天花的优美线条和入口大厅上方巨大的雕塑所吸引，雕塑模仿峡谷的轮廓和图案，让人联想到山谷的氛围。建筑外立面采用了醒目的铜色条纹，与深蓝色的外墙形成优雅的对比，使人的目光聚焦在立面的顶端。
Upon entering the lobby, it evokes the ambiance of a valley with its gracefully curved ceiling and an imposing sculpture above the entrance hall, mimicking the contours and patterns of a gorge. The building’s exterior boasts striking copper-colored stripes that elegantly contrast with the deep blue facade, drawing the eye upwards to the crown.

外立面的点缀有铜色膨胀铝板，强调了立面的独特性和通透性。这种通透的立面让Chatuchak公园的美景一览无余，与楼内的生活配套设施提供的活动相辅相成。在白天，自然光洒满整个空间。当夜幕降临时，整栋大楼都散发出耀眼的光芒。
The outer layer is adorned with copper-colored expanded aluminum panels, enhancing the building’s uniqueness and allowing for transparency. This translucency offers sweeping views of Chatuchak Park and complements the activities within the lifestyle facilities. Natural light fills the space, casting a remarkable glow that intensifies as night falls.

建筑师的工作重点是设计这栋44层的公寓大楼的外立面和售楼画廊，两者都体现了“Hype Valley”的概念，以迎合当代的工作一代的要求。该公寓大楼的核心区域是顶层的公共设施区域和入口处的大厅，这些也是建筑师的设计重点。
Our focus was on designing the exterior of the 44-story condominium building and the sales gallery, both embodying the ‘Hype Valley’ concept catered to the contemporary working generation. The main building’s central hub is the top-level facility area and the entrance podium, areas for which we were responsible.

入口处的特色墙经过精心的设计，传递出一种穿越峡谷的氛围。这一生动的弧线设计反映了洞穴的自然弧度和层次感。铜质装饰的点缀更加强了与外立面的对比，使人留下很深的第一印象。在售楼画廊中也使用了同样的设计手法，在这里设计师也对各种材料进行实验，增强了整体的体验。
The entrance feature wall was meticulously crafted to convey the sensation of traversing through a valley. Its dynamic, curved design mirrors the natural curvature and layering of caves. The use of copper accents further accentuates the contrast with the exterior facade, leaving a lasting first impression. This same approach extended to the design of the Sales Gallery, where we ventured to experiment with materials, enhancing the overall experience.

空间亮点包括：铝板雕塑而成的夺人眼球的山谷雕塑；入口落客区采用了穿孔黑色铝板进行设计，有效地遮挡了停车场地面；在大堂和半户外的休息区域，装饰有优雅的弧形铝板天花，体现了“Hype Valley”这一概念。
Key highlights include:
– A captivating valley sculpture crafted from aluminum composite sheets.
– An entrance drop-off area with a perforated black aluminum composite design, effectively concealing the parking floors from view.
– The lobby and semi-outdoor lounge, adorned with a gracefully curved aluminum composite ceiling, providing a seamless link to the ‘Hype Valley’ theme.
