Creative State of Arsenal is the 3rd location of the business spaces network Creative States and the largest scale-wise. A separate three-story building with an area of ​​4200 m2 is designed for 700 workplaces. Normally, residents have at their disposal a fully equipped and developed office infrastructure. Yes, there are more than 70 office premises, among which this time an exclusive product is presented - two-story premium business suites for top management of tenant companies. For people who work as freelancers, we have the so-called “deck”, a hot-desk area with unfixed workplaces.

Also, Creative State of Arsenal offers 22 meeting rooms and Skype rooms, fully equipped with the necessary hardware and with a high level of sound insulation, children’s rooms, sleeping capsules, bathrooms with showers, and a spacious kitchen. The lounge is the favorite area of ​​Creative States residents: during the day you can drink coffee while talking to colleagues, and in the evening you might want to immerse yourself in the world of useful professional content — space is easily transformed into an event hall. Next to the building, you’ll find a cozy park and parking area.

Traditionally, Creative States nurtures the atmosphere of a separate city in each of its locations. Creative State of Arsenal is a New Orleans story. The location is well-lit, vibrant, and is in the Art Nouveau style, which is characterized by wavy and asymmetrical lines. In addition, the location will astound residents with a living tree right in the center of Creative State of Arsenal. The 20-year-old ficus Benedict Amstel King was brought to Kyiv to order from a Dutch reserve. The five-meter tree, a symbol of development and life, also serves as a natural air purifier.

It took 120 days to implement the new location in Creative States and 150 builders were involved. Construction work was performed by the project partner, A-Development company. Finishing work was done by another credible Creative States partner, CCG Development.
