DZAP recently completed the office design for a confidential mobility company located in Amersfoort, Netherlands.

Because their current office became too small, this mobility company, decided to move to Amersfoort. A perfect moment to find a location that radiates what they do: ‘making mobility easy’. They found a perfect spot: an office near the train station!

We did not design an average office, but an office that feels like a New York loft, including the industrial atmosphere that goes with it. An office where the team feels at home and where they can proudly welcome their customers. What this looks like? We started with a refreshing combination of homeliness with an industrial character. And of course you will find items in their interior that reflects their link with mobility. For this we came up with some fun gadgets, such as bicycle saddles that serve as a coat rack and a graphic nod around the fire hose that we disguised as a bicycle. The informal meeting spots shaped as a train wagon, also serves as a link to their core business. These train wagons are an example of the many different places that the interior offers as a workplace or for informal consultation. By implementing the same colors and materials, we’ve created unity with the rest of the interior.
