Tennor Apartments The Teneriffe precinct is undergoing an urban renewal transformation from semi-industrial and commercial uses into medium and high density residential.Contextual design influences include the existing urban built form – both the older industrial warehouses as well as the built-to-boundary new residential apartments, balanced against the longer-term vision for the area.Teneriffe’s urban character has been created by somewhat narrower road reserves and many ‘built-to-boundary’ brick warehouses which are rarely found in inner-city suburbs of Brisbane. We have been conscious of maintaining this unique urban experience, while improving the street amenity and activation for residents and visitors.
