Hotel Korkyra is situated in a central position close to the port on island Korčula. Close to the coast, it is the perfect place for sea lovers.
The hotel has 58 rooms, a wellness zone, a restaurant and a bar. The swimming pool is located in an internal courtyard and is an oasis of tranquillity with a view of the sea.
The hotel underwent comprehensive renovation works through Facta Vera Ltd., a company based in Zagreb. The old building was knocked down and rebuilt. The main façade was completely renovated and enhanced with a new lighting design.
The façade was equipped with Cilindro (Disano) fixtures; the entrance columns are lit with Minifloor (Disano) lights that generate adjustable indirect lighting. The terraces have Microfloor (Disano) in-ground downlighters. The arches characterising the main façade were redefined with Microfloor Power Led RGB that generate warm accent lighting. The benches in the hotel’s entrance hall were equipped with Koala (Disano) fixtures. The lighting of the swimming pool was also upgraded with embedded Microfloor spotlights to enhance its contour. The space is very bright; daylight shines through the windows overlooking the restaurant, while the artificial lights are reflected onto the furniture at the entrance and in the rooms.
