设计前言

本案是位于广州老城区历史和商业中心地段，是一套拥有一百米层高视野顶层复式项目。关于内部空间的规划设计师有意识的把所有空间都引入大量的“光”，让主人在里面对美好生活“触手可及”。

This case is located in the historical and commercial center of the old urban area of Guangzhou, and is a duplex project with a 100 meter high view field. The unique geographical location and visual environment give designers a different emotional experience. Designers consciously introduce a large amount of "light" into all spaces regarding internal space planning. Make the owner within reach of a beautiful life.

中·空MEDIUM · EMPTY

复式的客厅被充沛的阳光笼罩，在丰富的空间结构中大放异彩，电视背景墙搭配灯带搭配设计感吊灯，整体的温润感和层次感得到质的提升。

The duplex living room is shrouded in abundant sunlight, shining brightly in the rich spatial structure. The TV background wall is paired with light strips and design inspired chandeliers, enhancing the overall warmth and layering.

充沛的阳光当然不能少了小酌之地，吧台区一旁设置透明玻璃展柜，柔软的沙发旁一侧对应的便是另一处休闲区，灵活贯穿的结构巧妙至极。寒冬时节在窗边沐浴暖阳，挑一本喜爱的书籍或是一杯小酒，岁月静好便是如此这般吧。

Abundant sunlight certainly cannot be lacking in a small drinking area. Transparent glass display cabinets are set up next to the bar area, and the soft sofa corresponds to another leisure area. The flexible and penetrating structure is extremely clever. Bathing in the warm sun by the window in the cold winter, choosing a favorite book or a glass of wine, and the peaceful time is like this.

入户一旁有换鞋凳和鞋柜等便利生活的陈设，进门就能看到室内不同的功能区所露出一角的场景，层层递进解构划分空间，既能体现建筑的张力和层次美感，还兼顾设计的功能性和艺术性。

On the side of the entrance, there are convenient furnishings such as shoe changing stools and shoe cabinets for daily life. Upon entering, you can see the scenes exposed in different functional areas of the interior, which progressively deconstruct and divide the space. This not only reflects the tension and aesthetic level of the building, but also takes into account the functionality and artistry of the design.

流·动FLOW · MOVEMENT

开放式餐厨一体设计增加了交流互动性和一体的空间感，中间岛台部分也可作为餐边柜就餐；电器与柜体完好内嵌，整齐大气，日常简餐或是烹饪都可在此完成。

The integrated design of open dining and kitchen enhances communication and interaction, as well as a sense of integrated space. The middle island can also be used as a dining cabinet for dining; The electrical appliances and cabinets are well embedded, and can be used for daily simple meals or cooking.

入户处一旁就能看到叠式旋转楼梯，二楼设置玻璃隔断，简约通透，让楼上与楼下的互动自由又随性，且敞阔的视野轻盈灵动，激发全方位的连贯与流通性，构造出极具设计感与幸福感的奢适舒居。

On the side of the entrance, you can see the stacked spiral staircase. The second floor is equipped with a glass partition, which is simple and transparent, allowing for free and casual interaction between the upper and lower floors. The spacious view is light and dynamic, stimulating all-round coherence and circulation, creating a luxurious and comfortable living with a strong sense of design and happiness.

容·纳INCLUSIVE · STORAGE

榻榻米茶室和观景阳台都设有大面积的落地窗，回家后便有一室的阳光迎接，在这片素雅静谧的开放式门厅中，温润的材质让刺目的烈日也柔和下来，不那么耀眼，却丰富了整个空间。

Each leisure place has a large area of French window. When you go home, you will be greeted by a room of sunshine. In this elegant and quiet open hall, the warm material softens the dazzling sun, not so dazzling, but enriches the whole space.

入户电梯厅用木饰面做了整排到顶的收纳柜，下方悬浮镂空设计，收纳空间倍增的同时不会显得拥挤，前方对应的便是主卧，公卫，小孩房等，包容了更多功能的重叠，让艺术的魅力融于生活之中。

The entrance elevator hall is decorated with wooden veneer to create a row of storage cabinets that reach the top. The suspended hollow design below doubles the storage space without appearing crowded. The corresponding areas in front are the master bedroom, public bathroom, children’s room, etc., which contain more overlapping functions and blend the charm of art into life.

逐·光CHASE · LIGHT

在现代家装中，吧台越来越受到年轻人的喜爱，也成为一种流行趋势；墙柜与酒柜的完美结合，创造出空间质感与美感，既浪漫舒适又有视觉上的享受。

In modern home decoration, bar counters are becoming increasingly popular among young people and have become a popular trend; The perfect combination of wall cabinets and wine cabinets creates a sense of space quality and beauty, both romantic and comfortable, and visually enjoyable.

娱乐休闲区两面落地窗台，疲惫过后还能走出室外观广厦楼台。设计师不仅研究光进入空间时的晨昏变化，还将“逐光而居”的设计概念转变为现实，发掘最核心的人与空间需求关系，营造出最舒适的居住空间状态。

The entertainment and leisure area has window sills on both sides, and you can walk out of the balcony of the spacious building after fatigue. Designers not only study the morning and evening changes when light enters the space, but also transform the design concept of "living by light" into reality, explore the core relationship between people and space needs, and create the most comfortable living space state.
