南京，作为六朝古都，十朝都会，饮食上脍不厌精，食不厌细，充分影射着文人意趣，有着知足常乐淡看春月秋花的豁达。刘风浩《个园记》所囊括的“园、文、宴”三位一体支撑起淮扬烹饪文化的精髓。故而此次“江南造【云府】”的设计以园林为意向，以文人情怀为承载，在一众“留香含色”的菜品中，自是一派“雅兴许诗无”的精致风流。

About the Geyuan Garden

 forms the essence of Huaiyang cuisine culture. Therefore, the design of “Jiangnan Wok · Yun” adopts the image of a garden based on the aspirations of literati, to create an exquisite charm with diversified dishes “retaining original flavors and colors”, which “arouses an interest in writing a poem”.    

整个空间以玉色为贵，以竹色为韵。丝绒碧色的大门，形似竹节碧绿的墙砖，荷叶绵延的地毯，墙上青绿湖色的织锦，无一不是青美之色。

The whole space looks luxurious in jade and full of charm in the color of bamboo. Beautiful jade green can be seen everywhere, on the gate in velvet green, on tiles shaped like bamboo joints on walls, on carpets patterned with stretching lotus leaves and on brocade in light bluish green on walls. 

以“竹生空野外，梢云耸百寻”为灵感，于云端筑园。碧色的大门开启，自长廊旁林立的“竹林”徜徉而过，迎面的是一副园林意趣的铜版画；

Inspired by the verse “bamboos grow in the wilderness, with their long tips reaching to the sky”, a garden is built high in the clouds. Entering the jade green gate, and strolling through the “bamboo forests” beside the long corridor, you will see a copperplate etching ahead depicting the interest and charm of a garden; 

在每个以南京旧称命名的包厢里，低头是接天莲叶，窗外是竹影婆娑，抬头是波光浩渺。眼前是绒花工艺做的瓷瓶插花，回首间可见以传统织锦工艺绘制的太湖石鸟挂画。远眺是玄武的湖水天一色，近观是数竿翠竹的郊闲觅趣。

In each private room named after the ancient city of Nanjing, on the ground are outspreading green lotus leaves, and outside the window are bamboos dancing in the breeze and the lake shimmering in the sun. Before your eyes are handcrafted velvet flowers in porcelain vases; with a backward glance, a traditional brocade painting comes into view, in which birds fly around Taihu rocks. In the distance, you can see the Xuanwu Lake melting into the sky; in the restaurant, you can enjoy a stroll through verdant bamboo like in the idyllic suburbs.

或品茶，或小酌，于云端，乐而陶醉不知回。

With a taste of tea or a sip of wine in the clouds, you will be immersed in the joy and linger on here.
