In 2000, the graduates of Saint Pulchérie opened the Yeni Nesil 2000 Pre-School and Primary School after founding the Sainte Pulchérie Education and Health Foundation. The Primary School was separated into two, as the Yeni Nesil 2000 Primary School and the Yeni Nesil 2000 Secondary School in the autumn of 2012. An assertive French education is given with a secondary language education as English and also Turkish. The schools consist of four pre-school and sixteen primary and secondary school classrooms.

Kreatif Architecture redesigned the existing Head Office building of Hunca Cosmetics and converted it into the Yeni Nesil 2000 Pre-Primary-Secondary Schools compound with providing the necessary needs of education.

Besides the general classrooms, the school compound includes French, English, math, computer, arts, music, musical instruments, drama, technology-design classrooms, a science lab and a school library. Child perception is prioritized during the design and planning process while the furniture and colors are picked with regarding the age ranges.

In the school compound that does have an open area of approximately 1.000 m2 and a pre-school unit with 145 m2, there is also an indoor sports hall with a 115 m2 area.

The multipurpose hall with a 250 m2 area on the attic is planned to cover all the artistic and educational activities (theatre shows, concerts, educational symposiums) of the students with a satisfactory technological infrastructure.

As a result of the architectural installation in the former building’s structural unity, the placement of the wet spaces in the middle and the articulation of all the classrooms on the periphery with the utilization of the natural light become possible. With the grey brick coating on the façade, a new and integrative identity is established and the existing windows in several sizes and places are framed with metal jambs in color. The frames are joined and the horizontal impact of the building is thus increased.
