Melbourne-based Restaurant Fonda Bondi showcases a unique design approach that reflects the brand's fun, bright and youthful personality in a refined and humble way. The Fonda Bondi indoor hotel project by Studio Esteta aims to create a relaxed Mexican restaurant to revitalize the existing run-down hotel.

设计工作室借鉴了传统的墨西哥“Fonda”，作为一家面向当地社区开放的餐厅，Fonda Bondi的室内设计唤起了人们在墨西哥人家中用餐的情感，大量使用了本土色彩，空间布局激发了叙事的灵感。该品牌的座右铭“Mi Casa, Su Casa”也推动了休闲和温暖的方法，这进一步激发了原始、诚实和谦逊的材料的使用，还包括纹理墙渲染、编织屏幕和温暖的木材。

Drawing on the traditional Mexican "Fonda" as a restaurant open to the local community, Fonda Bondi's interior evokes the feeling of dining in a Mexican home, with a generous use of native colors and a spatial layout that inspires narrative. The brand's motto "Mi Casa, Su Casa" also promotes a casual and warm approach, which further inspires the use of raw, honest and humble materials, including textured wall rendering, woven screens and warm wood.
