Roshen Mall was designed as a community hub offering much-needed open, semi-open and closed shopping and entertainment spaces to surrounding residential areas in the city of Riyadh.The centre is designed as a series of connected buildings which a central large courtyard featuring world-class restaurants, cafes, entertainment services and a large theatre building. The central courtyard connects to the wider city from all sides through 10 different entrances and is intended to be a vibrant space for people of all ages to enjoy.Each of the project's 10 buildings hosts a unique set of public services on the ground level while housing office and business spaces on the upper level. A skywalk on the upper level connecting all roof courtyards is featured to bridge together the business community and allow them to connect with lively activities taking place on the ground.The project was designed in partnership with Yallow Line Architects...Project team members :
