The design of this plan, combining the dish theme of “Chicago Japanese Cuisine” used in restaurant, has broken the original design style of daily diet and recreated again by adding modern ingredients. But in terms of the use of materials, this design still tends to choose relatively old and simple decorative finish and rubble stones. The external walls are made of translucent glasses, which make eating space produce not only a sense of privacy but also generate a sense of permeability possessed in eating space. The blue grey washing hard canvas can bring to life the eating space of dull colors. The copper plates on walls introduce traditional seals with Japanese styles and the old copper plates as if they were giving us a sense of the changes of time.
