Il progetto riguarda la riqualificazione di un’unità immobiliare da destinare a reddito nell’ambito di un edificio di fine Ottocento. L’assenza di elementi originari ha reso necessario trovare un nuovo equilibrio tra involucro e contenuto, volutamente semplice e non invasivo, con un carattere ben determinato ma non per questo prevaricante.

Gli spazi, caratterizzati da altezze importanti, sono fluidi e senza eccessive separazioni. Il nuovo pavimento in resina e i colori neutri ma sofisticati si combinano con gli arredi, realizzati su misura e volutamente essenziali nel loro disegno. La leggerezza delle strutture in ferro saldato con i ripiani in vetro si combina con il forte impatto visivo del legno OSB con cui sono state realizzate le ampie mensole e i mobili contenitori.

Uno spazio gradevole e di sicuro impatto per un’utenza ricercata che apprezza il design rigoroso.

The project pertains to the redevelopment of a real estate unit to be used for income within a building of the late nineteenth century. The absence of original elements has made it necessary to find a new balance between envelope and content, deliberately simple and non-invasive, with a well determined but not overwhelming character.

The spaces, characterized by important heights, are fluid and without excessive separations. The new resin floor and the neutral but sophisticated colors combine with the furniture, made to measure and deliberately essential in their design. The lightness of the welded iron structures with the glass shelves combines with the strong visual impact of OSB wood with which the large shelves and storage units have been made.

A pleasant and striking space for a sophisticated user who appreciates the rigorous design.
