1st place for office building 2 place in ukrainian urban awards in category " mixed-use architecture"

Project of the building in the historical part of Lviv with built-in premises in Horodotska Street, and a residential development in the yard and along Holubovych Street. A public building in Horodotska Street has a double facade – glass walls and an outer sunscreen translucent brick shell. Thus the facade is nicely integrated in the urban situation, but still remains modern. It also helped to preserve the facade of the existing building of the early 20th century, which is under reconstruction with its roof being transferred into a used terrace. Residential buildings with irregular-shaped roofs form a cozy yard spaces and a pedestrian promenade in Holubovych Street.
