Jing'an "Sea" School stands quietly in Jing'an's world architecture. It lacks some bustling brocade clusters and warblers' voices in Huangpu, is covered by historical vines and leaves, and is wrapped in the warm sunshine at dusk. It is the mellow "Shanghai School" that has experienced the baptism of years and has become increasingly fragrant.

天汇世纪玺位于寸土寸金的上海静安区中兴路“典藏”区位，毗邻四川北路商圈，周边环境优越，生活气息浓郁又不乏文化底蕴。设计推敲过往经典与当代摩登平衡共筑的微妙分寸，秉持“传承不守旧，创新不忘本”的理念，以建筑承续沪市文脉。

Tianhui Century Seal is located in the "Diancang" area of Zhongxing Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai, where there is a lot of land and money. It is adjacent to the business circle of North Sichuan Road. The surrounding environment is superior。

古今共筑

The "metal box" created between the two villas with modernist techniques is actually a collision between "ancient" and "modern" by means of the "gray space" design thinking; Preserve the red brick exterior wall of the original building for visual extension, and follow the trend to derive the ancient and modern interwoven vividness.

提炼自石库门的圆拱元素，辅以金属砖，烘托参观通道的仪式感。复古经典和当代前卫交织的多元氛围，给人时空闪回的曼妙体验，静谧辉煌。新旧材质的碰撞，置入现代幕墙的金属饰线点缀，创造古今并蓄的弥合。

The round arch elements extracted from Shikumen, supplemented by metal bricks, set off the ritual sense of the visiting passage. The diversified atmosphere of retro classics and contemporary avant-garde gives people a graceful experience of time and space flash, quiet and brilliant. The collision of new and old materials, the metal decorative lines placed in the modern curtain wall, create a blend of ancient and modern.

红砖立面蓄势作引，浅灰磨石踢脚线划分表里，利落纯粹。叠环吊灯投射暖黄光晕，形与形互成；拱门条窗，纵横交织，百叶排排，明彻梦幻。

The red brick facade is used as a guide, and the light grey millstone skirting line divides the exterior and interior, which is neat and pure. The stacked ring chandelier projects a warm yellow glow, and shapes form each other; The arches and windows are interwoven vertically and horizontally, and the blinds are arranged in rows, which are clear and dreamy.

海棠花暗纹艺术玻璃，援引传统造型元素围合朦胧暧昧的浪漫情致，旧事新颜，呈于当下。复古、文艺，渲染一层怀旧滤镜，捕捉老上海渐行渐远的景致涟漪。

Begonia flower dark grain art glass, which invokes traditional modeling elements to enclose the hazy and ambiguous romantic atmosphere, presents the old things and new looks in the present. Retro, literary and artistic, rendering a layer of nostalgic filter to capture the fading landscape ripples of old Shanghai.

西式吧台反光立面，呼应木质百叶条格，构建光影嬉戏的变幻。实木地板铺展，地毯、沙发、靠椅……或具欧式情调，或显南洋特质的家具陈设，囊括在“海派”东方的包容之下，毫不突兀，潜藏某种雀跃期许。

The reflective facade of the western style bar counter echoes the wooden louver grid to build the change of light and shadow playing. The spread of solid wood floors, carpets, sofas, armchairs... or furniture and furnishings with European style or Nanyang characteristics are included in the tolerance of the "Shanghai Style" East, which is not unexpected and implies a certain expectation of joy.

Aldous Leonard Huxley说：“旧上海具有伯格森所说的那种蓬勃生机……一种不受限制的活力，上海就代表了生活本身。”那种迷离与繁华，终于渐渐隐显出老上海的模样——经济繁盛，文化包容的“东方巴黎”。

古典重构

手作的温润和凝于老物中沉淀的岁月留痕，承载着一代人的回忆，铭刻时光足迹。古石、旧木、老藤，看似空间内不经意的施为，实则寓风格于材质，将沪上的百年沧桑与不竭活力娓娓道来。

The warmth of the hand work and the traces left by the years coagulated in the old objects bear the memories of a generation and engrave the footprints of time. Ancient stones, old wood and old vines, which seem to be done carelessly in the space, actually embody the style in the material, telling the story of Shanghai's hundred years of vicissitudes and inexhaustible vitality.

优雅沉稳的暖调着色，流露出对经典的缅怀。整合“再设计”的当代解读，内聚复古意味的场域力量，摆脱平庸，优雅沉醉。刻木编藤与皮革沙发中西混搭，于黑白的简素中点缀暖意古色，细腻悠然；百叶渗光，明亮通透，记录晨曦夕映的更迭。

Elegant and steady warm coloring shows the memory of classics. Integrate the contemporary interpretation of "redesign", gather the field power of retro sense, and get rid of mediocrity and elegance. Carved wood woven rattan and leather sofa are mixed with Chinese and Western styles,。

老式旋梯，像位尽职的演员，在空间中扮演重要角色，因设计不同侧重而形象各异。它们构建空间联结，虚实相生；维系着时间纽带，借景寄情。

The old spiral staircase, like a dutiful actor, plays an important role in the space and has different images due to different designs. They construct spatial connection, and the virtual and the real coexist; Maintaining time ties and expressing feelings through scenery.

蚀刻镜的冷冽幽光，经深棕实木线调和出厚重、从容。黄铜金属茶几搭配皮质条凳，透过复古式样强调沉稳质感。

The cold light of the etching mirror is mixed with thick and calm dark brown solid wood lines. Brass metal tea table with leather bench emphasizes the sense of composure through the retro style.

白墙、旧照、老式壁灯酝酿怀旧情绪，述于盆栽投影的斑驳间。徘徊于传统和当代之间，古典邂逅时尚，便是一场醉人的别开生面。空间承续，营造诱人沉溺的乌托邦，遥抵未知美好。
