“人们总是认为香槟和奢华密不可分。虽然大家总是把高档的香槟和喜庆的日子联系起来，但是我就要与众不同地开设一个香槟酒吧。”建筑师Paul Fraillon在提到他的构想时说到。葡萄园的曲线美感给了设计者灵感。室内虚拟山坡上郁郁葱葱丛林设计，餐饮区、休息区和吧台之间以波浪式相隔，葡萄园的主体部分像河流一样得到呈现。除此之外，Paul Fraillon还想通过升降电梯和斜坡造型把酒吧屋顶设计为人来人往的“河岸”。酒吧的正面被切分为几个部分，形成高低起伏的山丘，每个山丘的坡度也不同。因此，每个区域的顾客可以欣赏室内外风景也不尽相同。

‘When people around the world hear the word ‘champagne’, they instantly think about the concept of luxury. although everybody knows that this is an expensive and high-quality product associated to festive events, the goal of the project was to honor the champagne land, which is less known by people in general.’ this quote is from the mind of architect Paul Fraillon in regards to his proposal for a champagne bar in Paris.

The aesthetic concept of the work is driven by the desire to reproduce the curves that form the landscape of vineyards. The idea has helped the designer organize the project in both elevation and plan. The interior replicates the organization of hillsides with the preservation of specific trees surrounded by pockets of lush plants. Undulating walls and furnishings distinguish areas for the hierarchically dispersed programs of the stage, dining area, lounge, and bar, while the main body of the vineyard is metaphorically represented by the river. Above, Fraillon intends to maintain the movement of travelers and citizens along the bank by making the entire roof an accessible platform occupiable via the sloped ramp or rising lift.
