PROJECT INTRODUCTION
时尚创意城市：获国家商务部颁授“国家外贸转型升级专业型示范基地”称号，获准筹建“全国时尚服装产业知名品牌创建示范区”，进行“时尚产业集群区域品牌建设试点”。

设计策略 — — 融合共生
CONCEPT INTERPRETATION
三大设计策略：
第一：打破原有厂区之间的藩篱，将所有厂区围墙拆除，沿街结合服装特色设置商铺。
第二：同时将四车道改两车道，利用两车道做一组连续的景观建筑，形成连续、宜人的街道尺度，弥补原来街道不连续、尺度不宜人的缺憾。
第三：街道建筑景观化，建筑和景观相互渗透穿插，形成了一个通透有趣、可逛可游的独特街道体验。
The block with a total length of about one kilometer is mainly distributed with distinctive clothing brands, shops and a small number of catering enterprises in the south, and the old industrial park and living area in the north, with a complex overall environment.
The overall design aims at "one street with multiple styles" and "one street with multiple landscapes", and takes "natural" and "element fission" as the design concept. Through the continuous changes of architectural form and landscape space, it shows the personality of fashion blocks and provides a display stage for the brand culture of each park. Just like a river, stars are scattered with various forms of stones, round, square and arc. The visitors to this street are the "River", which washes these "stones" and brings constant vitality to the block.
