Cacau Show, Brazilian chocolate manufacturer, has found its new headquarters home in São Paulo complete with a variety of spaces to promote employee wellbeing and a design inspired by the thing they do best: cocoa.
Athie Wohnrath has designed the headquarters for Cacau Show , a Brazilian chocolate manufacturer, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Humanized and sustainable environments meet Cacau Show’s new headquarters.
The Complexo Intensidade project had as its main objective to integrate and bring people together. Inside a complex of 55,000 m² of total area, the new office has 9,000 sqm of constructed area that enhance employee’s productivity, collaborative work and well-being. It had to be welcoming, looking like home to the employees.
The whole project was inspired by cocoa – Cacau Show’s raw material – and chocolate. The greenhouse at the entrance of the complex, for example, has a truffle form – one of the principal company products.
Into its shed, there are different areas such as reception; meeting rooms; 4,000 meters dedicated to the workstation, bleachers and the office – a space where people can work at the same time they are having a time for coffee; training rooms; library and restaurant. It is a huge open space office with lots of coworking areas that allow collaborative work.
The Complexo Intensitade project what exactly what Cacau Show needed to unify all the teams, areas and people through architectural concepts, design and furnishing.
