伊顿公司新建的全球总部大楼位于美国克利夫兰市比奇伍德郊区的一处高地，从楼上远眺不但可以观赏到周围的森林全景还能看到远处的市中心和伊利湖。整栋大楼是由主楼和两边弧形侧翼组成，前面还有一座人工湖。新建的综合性大楼可以容纳原本三个分公司的员工，除此之外，楼内还有包括健身中心，大小会议厅，礼堂，自助餐厅以及散步小道等许多设施。总部大楼的外部全景式的玻璃幕墙设计创造了一个全日光照射的工作环境，具有创新性和可持续发展的特色。该项目强调伊顿公司对可持续发展的承诺。

Nestled on the crest of a 53-acre site, Eaton Corporation’s new global headquarters in the Cleveland suburb of Beachwood will offer employees and visitors panoramic views of the surrounding woodland as well as downtown Cleveland and Lake Erie beyond. The headquarters design is formed by two crescent wings that arc around a central tower overlooking a pond.The state-of-the-art headquarters will consolidate employees from three facilities into a single complex and will incorporate a wide range of amenities including a wellness center, conference and meeting facilities, an auditorium, cafeteria and walking trails. The headquarters design is open with floor-to-ceiling glass creating a daylight-filled work environment that features innovative, sustainable design strategies. The project underscores Eaton’s commitment to sustainability leadership.
