这是由Archattacka设计的街头艺术博物馆。该项目是塑料厂工业区局部改造项目的首期建设部分。这是公共空间，结合了当代与临时性艺术以及运作生产与工业郊区的氛围，这里也是第三种新型而未知的新城市类型、文化类型以及工业环境。与此同时，创作者团队为其设置了远离“建筑创意”的理念，而是想着可用工业空间的艺术评价发展，使其成为大型“公共艺术”的理念。该项目没有使用更为传统的机构常见的严格结构模型，而是创建了灵活的使用方式和朴素的环境，以突出前沿的艺术品。

This work is the first part of the big project of transformation of a part of the industrial territory of the Plant of Plastics Fabric. This is type of public space where as a result of combination of modern and urgent art with the operating production and the atmosphere of industrial suburbs, there is certain the third, new and still unknown, a condition, a certain new typology of the city, cultural, but at the same time industrial environment – the Museum of Street Art (SAM). At the same time the group of authors set the accurate task for itself to leave from the concept of "architectural creativity" towards art judgment of the available industrial space, turning it into large PUBLIC ART a concept. And instead of the first gesture to begin to create tough structure of future museum (that would be more relevant to more traditional institutes), we consciously created flexible to further use and the unostentatious environment exposing art into the forefront. Any of the improvements elements, except for an equal lawn, perhaps, doesn't issue presence at this project of any architect or the designer. At the same time the guest deals with very conscious and thinly thought over concept in which everything is subordinated by a certain law of scenography and a consecutive material feed. Here each element of the created composition thought as certain independent works - large-scale installation or art-object. And all gather in the place in the integral work of art which space in turn serves for an exhibition of other works of art, and presence of the last is perceived as something self-evident, and there is a full-fledged harmony of art in art.
