该项目是一个具有前瞻性理念的新媒体创意基地,以雄厚的品牌经济实力坐落在上海虹桥 CBD。作为攸妍品牌的上海总部,该创意基地拥有超过 2000 平方米的占地面积和核心的区位优势。
The project is a forward-thinking new media creative base, located in Shanghai Hongqiao CBD with strong brand economic strength. It has an area of more than 2,000 square meters and a core location advantage.
极致优雅的品牌气质 THE BRAND
攸妍品牌希望空间可以诠释与产品理念相一致的价值观,在功能上涵盖沉浸式品牌体验馆、带货直播间、新媒体培训室、办公区、摄影基地、大型会议室等空间于一体,并最终效力于攸妍品牌新业务的开拓和品牌宣传。
Youyan hopes that the space can interpret the values consistent with the product concept, functionally covering the immersive experience hall, live broadcast room with goods, new media training room, office area, photography base, large meeting room and other spaces into one.

开放办公空间 OPEN OFFICE
相较于沉浸式体验区、直播间的装饰感,办公区除去必要的功能设施外,没有进行过度装饰。在高度开放的工位和极简的空间模式里,设计师想构建的是高交流度、高效能的办公氛围。
Compared with the immersive experience area and live broadcast room, the office area is not over-decorated except for the necessary functional facilities. In a highly open work station and minimal space model, the designer wants to build a highly communicative and efficient office atmosphere.

交流空间 SOCIAL CORE
考虑到办公的形式不同,设计寻求了部分独立部分开放的空间以建立更系统且完善的办公秩序。在将会议室、开放办公区和卡座进行布局时,合理划分了功能分区,各自在同时段运行也处于互相无干扰模式。
Considering the different forms of the office, the design sought a partly independent and partly open space to establish a more systematic and perfect office order. When the conference room, open office area and deck are laid out, the functional partitions are reasonably divided, and they are also operating in a non-interference mode at the same time.

在直播行业正处于风口区的当下,化妆品作为带货风潮下的一大主要分支,拥有很好的网络传播资质。设计师也没有小觑大势所趋的直播力量,用最为流行的时髦元素打造了攸妍品牌的直播间。
As the live broadcasting industry is currently in the air outlet area, cosmetics, as a major branch under the trend of bringing goods, has a good network communication qualification. Designers created the live broadcasting room of the Youyan with the most popular elements.

沉浸品牌空间 IMMERSIVE
在逐渐注重体验的时代,沉浸式的体验感受能给人带来深度的愉悦感。设计师在进入办公区必经的进门处设计了沉浸式品牌体验馆,让体验空间正式成为整体功能的一部分。
The designer has designed an immersive brand experience pavilion at the entrance that must pass through the office area, so that the experience space is officially part of the overall function.

沉浸品牌空间 IMMERSIVE
颠覆传统的产品陈设形式,将产品以更巧妙的形式软性植入体验区的客厅、餐区、卧室、洗浴间和母婴互动区中,在心理层面引导消费者体验的同时,感受到如归家般的惬意,与品牌建立起深层次的互动,从而达到精准的传播力度。
Subverting the traditional product display form, the product is softly inserted into the living room, dining area, bedroom, bath room and mother-infant interaction area of the experience area in a more ingenious form.
沉浸品牌空间 IMMERSIVE
具有莫兰迪倾向的色彩可以体现既温和又时髦的女性形象,脏粉和墨绿这一带有反差的组合被分布在体验区中,搭配具有轻奢属性的金色共同构成温馨又精致的空间氛围。
The colors with Moranditendency reflects the mild and fashionable female image. The contrasting combination of mild pink and dark green is distributed in the experience area.

在时代的背景下,一个昼夜就可以见证事物的崛起和消亡。在一次次的更迭里,只有随时保持前进和迎接挑战的姿态才能避免被时代的洪流淹没,于品牌的生命如此,于设计的生命亦如此。
In the context of the times, one day and night can witness the rise and fall of things. In the change over and over again, only by keeping the attitude of advancing and meeting the challenge at any time can we avoid being overwhelmed by the torrent of the times, as is the life of the brand and the life of the design.
