The Zhongzhou πMall is located in the southeast of Bao’an’s old central district, and right next to the business circles in District No. 25. On its northwest side sits is ZhongzhouHuafu residential area, while the Chuangye 2nd Road on the southeast side leads directly to the Bao’an new central District; the Gongyuan Road along the northeast connects the Lingzhi Park and the Bao’an Park. In addition, the Lingzhi Station of Metro Line 5 is adjacent to the site. The southeast of the site is the Lingzhi Park, and the north side provides an overlook of the Bao’an Park and vast green mountains,the southwest enables a full view of Bao’an’s beautiful coastal central area with the sea-view sight gallery. In conclusion, the site offers diversified layers for landscape view with its excellent sight accessibility. The Zhongzhou πMall has four basement floors, 40 floors in the high-rise apartment.There are also 4 to 5 floors of the commerce on the ground.

商业的主要出入口设在东南侧的创业二路,并形成前广场与灵芝公园相呼应。在西北与东南侧二层分别设置人行天桥连接住宅区与公园,在地下二层预留通道与灵芝地铁站连接。
The main entrances of the commerce are located on Chuangye 2nd Road at the southeast side, where the front square shows harmony with the Lingzhi Park. Footbridges are set up on the second floor on the northwest and the southeast side respectively, connecting the residential area and the park, while an underpass is reserved on the second basement floor that leads to the Lingzhi Station

SIGHT-GALLERY
项目的设计思想为集约化节地型设计,商业与公寓均采用抱团集中式构图,为西北侧住宅退让出灵芝公园的视线通廊,尽可能减少对后排住宅的干扰。
The design concept of the project focuses on an high-efficiency use of land. Both the commerce and the apartment adopt a centralized structure, giving way to a sight gallery for the residences on the northwest side to see the park and minimizing the interference to the residences.

商务公寓塔楼创造性采用“3in1”三合体塔楼概念,注重沿城市道路界面的简洁、完整形象,与灵芝公园相呼应,形成宝城新地标。
The concept of “3in1” tower has been creatively designed for the apartment, which has already become the Bao’an’s new landmark by emphasizing the simple and complete interfaces along the city road and harmonizing with the Lingzhi Park.

A CONTINUUM WITH DISCONTINUITIES-THE VOID
连续体——“石头”
“the continuum and the STONE ”
为表达对公园的尊重,建筑形体起源于公园里的石头,采用连续(灵动线条)与非连续(虚空)手法塑造抽象的石头,与灵芝公园遥相呼应。建筑以简洁、挺拔的体量,加以横向线条的有机流转,配合精致的细部设计,强调建筑的灵动简约的整体形象。 同时配合建筑高度及大尺度的悬挑,给人们的视觉带来的冲击,塑造出了本地区标志性建筑。
In order to show respect to the park, the building shape is inspired by the stones in the park. The abstract stones are in perfect harmony with LingZhi park both continuum (dynamic lines) with discontinuities (void). The simple and lofty volume, the organic flow of transverse lines together with the precise detail, highlights the image of the building. Additionally, the building’s height and the large cantilever that has strong visual impact creates the new landmark in the area.

项目商业内部设三个中庭,采用多种变化形式,营造壹个富有活力的内部空间。铺面设计采用直线+曲线的组合设计,形成丰富的空间界面,营造出轻松、愉悦的购物环境,有利于引导各个空间之间的流动,将各个中庭有机地串连在壹起。
There are three atria within the commercial area in varied styles to create a vibrant internal space. The combination of straight lines and curves in the shop design forms an abundant interface, which provides a relaxing and pleasant shopping environment and helps to guide the people flows between different space, organically connecting all the atria.

MULTIPLE FUNCTION COMPOUND
项目商业部分为地上4层(局部5层),地下2层。合理地业态组合充分体现购物中心购物、餐饮、娱乐、休闲文化丰富多元化的特点,有效拉动各层人流的合理分布。同时通过部分业态的非规则布局体现更多购物中心的趣味性。
The commercial area consists of four floors above ground (five floors including a partial one) and two below. The reasonable mixture of business types fully demonstrates the diversified culture of shopping, catering, recreation and leisure in the shopping mall, leading to a reasonable distribution of people flows on each floor. Meanwhile, the irregular layout of some business types further embodies the distinctive features of the mall.

MULTIDIMENSIONAL AGGREGATION OF MOVING LINES
项目商业内部以三个中庭空间为节点,将商业动线组织起来,充分考虑到地铁、公交、东西两侧城市道路人流方向,及北侧住宅区与南侧公园人流引导,形成多层次多流线多入口的特点,聚合周边场所,创造出壹个立体综合变化丰富的商业空间。
With the three atria as the nodes, the commercial moving lines are organized in such a way as to fully consider the subways, buses, people flows on the road, as well as the flow guidance in the northern residential area and in the southern park. As a result, a commercial space of tridimensional, comprehensive and diversified style was created, with multiple layers, flow lines, and entrances together with the surrounding sites.

KRION Solid Surface
本项目立面上有机流转的横向线条采用的是krion人造石材,成分由天然矿物质高抗性树脂组成,可以轻易完成任何类型的复杂形状。其韧性以及容易定形的特点能很好地实现设计的曲面造型。同时还具有无气孔、抗菌、耐磨、抗压、耐用、维修方便、维护简单和清洗简便等优点。
The organically flowing transverse lines on the building facade are made up of KRION Solid Surface, which contains natural minerals and high-resistance resins, making it possible to create any type of complex designs. Its malleability and the fact it is easy to shape make it possible to design any curved sections. In addition, the material does not have any pores; it is anti-bacterial, hard-wearing, highly resistant, durable, easy to repair, low maintenance and easy to clean.
