Divided into two levels, the premises which was once a mechanics workshop retains a notable industrial character which Antonio Palleja Office (A.P.O.) has maintained and enhanced to give a sophisticated and futuristic appearance, where cold, rough materials are used ingeniously, converted into elements with delicate finishes. This is the widely praised store of SVD “sivasdescalzo”, in Calle Churruca 5, Madrid.

Using globally renowned brands of designers and exclusive lines of the best-known brands, SVD “sivasdescalzo”has become a point of reference, the installation being the confirmation of the success of its store in Barcelona. Both projects have been carried out by Catalan company A.P.O., conveying its vision in the design of spaces. For this latest project it has used the solid surface from PORCELANOSA Group, KRION, a new generation material that has been combined with coloured anodised aluminium profiles, velvet curtains, and glass with dichroic effects. These materials, along with KRION1100 Snow White and the backlightable version, 4102 Extreme Light, have created an industrial, futuristic atmosphere which invite people to enter and leave with the most modern, exclusive trends.

We can find KRION, transformed by Madrid company Baños Paredes, as a vertical wall covering, backlit display cases and shelves.
