该项目是现代化的天阳能电子装置，是由来自美国加州的设计师michael jantzen完成的。该装置是由多个规格的钢杆组成的，方便运输，可以适合各种各样的场合。在钢制结构的顶部是一个光生伏大板，两个细长却又很重的支撑杆牢固的安置在地面上。另外，该装置的占地面积很小，周边可以防止公共艺术附近，也可以放在游客的休息区内，可以供手机充电等等。

california-based architect michael jantzen imagines multi-size steel ‘solar electric sculptures’ for placement in a variety of contexts. a single photovoltaic panel tops each structure, with two skinny, massive legs that rest directly on the earth. in addition, small seats can be installed around the public art piece, providing charging stations for visitors’ devices, etc.

jantzen’s efforts attempt to increase the appeal of basic solar technology by incorporating function into a single, sculptural unit. electricity gathered can be diverted directly to the community supply (as well as connected benches). michael jantzen conceived ‘solar electric sculptures’ as a discussion project that showcases the potential of public art to increase sustainability awareness.
