Tequila Patron requested us a Hotel Boutique for their guests at their main tequila factory in the Jalisco highlands town of Atotonilco el Alto .We took the project from a first phase construction with a preliminary project that was adapted to the final one.The concept was to integrate the Patron's main values "tradition" and "contemporaneity" to the new building in their existing complex.We consider the building as an extension of their hacienda simplifying the architectural  lines.The masonry tradition is well known for the construction of hand made bricks "pañuelo" vaults an the looby were covered with an example of this vaults.The sand color palette was developed to softened the contrast with the institutional terracota color.4 masters suites and 16 suites were designed along with the bar, the restaurant, the bussiness center, the gym, 2 patios and the vip room.all of these spaces following the Hacienda style tradition, with high ceilings, heavy doors, wood details and mexican tiles on the floor and the bathroom walls.The main chandelier was conceived with a local artist from Tlaquepaque , Ernesto Cruz, a bee hive that grows a blue agave with leaves that turn into arms and bees ends and a swarm that turns as the final part.All the materials were produced in the nearby area , tiles,ceramic floors,wood and cantera stone.
