Cushman & Wakefield designed the Cofidis offices with a playful, modern, and dynamic feel in Lisbon, Portugal.
In Portugal since 1996, Cofidis has been a reference company in the sale and management of credit to individuals, with around one million customers in our country and 750 employees. The move to the new headquarters in Natura Towers intends to bring all the employees of the Lisbon offices together under one roof and accelerate the company’s transformation process.
Wishing to provide its employees with a better work experience, taking into account their well-being and environmental sustainability, Cofidis presents an office focused on people, spaces, and new ways of working. Materialized by Vector Mais, responsible for the interior fit-out, the new headquarters is part of a strategic program that will make the company more agile and flexible, better prepared for the future.
In addition to the large and bright workspaces, the new headquarters features collaboration rooms inspired by Super-Heroes, chosen by the employees themselves, transforming the office into a playful, inspiring and healthy environment. For this, spaces such as the workroom with long tables with freeze-dried plants, the work café, and the restaurant, also open to the community, games room, and well-being area (gyms, medical and nursing spaces) contribute. Other dynamic environments, such as lounges, phone booths, meeting rooms, training, and auditorium, are also accessible to the community. Portuguese materials, such as wood, burel, and cork, and the use of Cofidis brand colors, also played an essential role in the project, making the headquarters a unique and innovative work environment.
