Housed in the transformed 'Langezijds' laboratory, built in 1972, the 13,605m² structure integrates classrooms, labs, offices, and a restaurant, emphasizing adaptability and sustainability.

Situated on the picturesque Drienerlo estate, the building, designed by Civic Architects, VDNDP, Studio Groen+Schild, and DS Landscape architects, harmoniously blends architecture and landscape. Four atria, carved into the existing structure, introduce greenery, fresh air, and natural daylight, creating small ecosystems that contribute to a serene and eco-friendly workplace.

Symbolizing ITC's global sustainability mission, the architecture preserves the "brutalist" structure and strategically organizes spaces for interaction, fostering collaboration among departments and between research and education. The visible concrete and steel framework, along with oak facades and bamboo flooring, showcase a commitment to sustainability, making ITC a beacon for environmentally conscious practices.
