This is a Multi-unit building comprising nine living units distributed across three levels over one level of retail programming. Accessibility to housing continues to be one of the issues facing San Francisco. Each level consists of a studio, one, and two bedroom unit, evenly dispersing unit typology throughout the building. Each unit features thoughtfully designed kitchens, living and home office spaces offering the height of city living. Arcane Design also prides itself on being a complete work of art design firm in that it addresses not only core-and-shell, but interior fit-outs as well. This design includes the design of a potential fit-out scheme for one of the ground level retail spaces for a potential bar and lounge.
