一千多年前,陶渊明告别仕途,回归田园,挥笔写下“久在樊笼里,复得返自然”。A thousand years ago, Tao Yuanming said farewell to his official career and returned to his countryside. He wrote, "Being in a cage for a long time and now return to nature again."
今日都市人已无田园可以归去,但好在能借助设计的力量,在樊笼里打造一隅自然,游心泉石间。
Today, urban people have no countryside to return to, however fortunately, they can use the power of design to create a corner of nature in the cage, make a travel between springs and stone.
01闭门即是深山
Close the door and here’s the deep mountain
博科智能展厅的入口像一座小型美术馆。
The entrance to the Boke intelligent exhibition hall is like a small art gallery.
一道素净、简约的影壁墙,构筑起一个内推式入口,使人与展厅之间的距离感消弭于无形。
A plain, simple shadow wall, builds an inner push entrance, so that the distance between people and the exhibition hall is invisible.
门是藏起来的,绕过影壁墙,感应门无声滑开,瞬间如入画境。The door is hidden, also around the shadow wall, the induction door silently slide open, just like getting into the painting’s atmosphere immediately.
一条幽暗甬道连接的中庭,静立着一幅实景山水。片石当峰,浅水渊静,上方圆灯宛如月华洒下,沐浴其中的一方大石犹如一件艺术品镇守。
A dark corridor connected by the atrium, still standing a real landscape. Stone when the peak, shallow water deep quiet, on the circumference of the lamp like the moon sprinkled, bathed in one of the big stone like a piece of art guard.
须臾,有烟雾拟山岚,袅袅石山上。音乐随起,环绕整个空间,意境更觉空灵。
Suddenly, there is smoke as the mountain haze, curling stone mountain. Then the music picks up, it moves around the whole space, making the artistic conception more ethereal.
景深处,还有一片薄岩当“山”,两“山”隔水相看,意在远近之间,营造参差视效。
Deep into the scene, there is a thin rock as a "mountain", two "mountains" face each other across the water, they’re intended to be between far and near, to create a untrimmed visual effect.
人置身于展厅里,只消一眼,便被这片“山水”锚定了心魂,幽远之思顿起。想起古人说的“闭门即是深山”。
Once a person places him or herself in the exhibition hall, only a glance, it was this "landscape" that anchored the heart and soul, far away thinking. Think of the ancients said that "the closed door is the deep mountains".
而这,正是展厅设计师老高想要达到的“沉浸式”观览效果。
And this is what the exhibition hall designer Lao Gao wants to achieve-- the "immersive" viewing effect.
如何让人迅速从日常生活的繁嚣中回归山林幽居的清寂?如何让人忘却来时的种种纷扰,将全部注意力投放在当下所处的场景中?
How to let people quickly return to the silence of the daily life? How to make people forget the troubles of the present time and put all their attention to the present scene?
老高说:
“最好的办法,就是把一件平凡的事物放在一处不平凡的地方。”
因此,他把整个智能展厅最好的位置留给了一块山里随处可见的石头。
Lao Gao said, "The best way is to put an ordinary thing in an extraordinary place." So he left the best location of the whole smart exhibition hall to a stone that can be seen everywhere among the mountains.
但“此石”又非“彼石”,经过设计、切割、打磨,再经由灯光及烟雾渲染,此石俨然已是一件艺术品。尤其切割过的剖面,呈现出古朴的纹理,有一种无声的力量感,让人联想到古老和永恒,会自然而然被带入场所的精神中。
But "this stone" is not "that stone", after the design, cut, polished, and then through the lighting and smoke rendering, this stone is just like a work of art. Particularly, the cut section presents a simple texture, with a silent sense of power, making people think of the ancient and eternal, and will be brought into the spirit of the place naturally.
设计能抵达的,不是我们眼中看到的表象,而是表相之后的世界,包括形成物质世界的气韵和生命力。
老高用一方山里再平常不过的石头,在这座智能展厅生造了一处妙境。
What the design can reach is, not the appearance we see in our eyes, but the world after the appearance, including the charm and vitality that forms the material world. Lao Gao has created a wonderful place in this intelligent exhibition hall with the most ordinary stones in the mountains.
02“无中生有”的设计
"Design "made out of nothing"
智能展厅,顾名思义,展示的是现代高科技控制下的舒适生活空间。
Intelligent exhibition hall, just as the name suggests, shows the comfortable living space under the control of modern high-tech technology.
就像高手用剑,追求的是心中有剑,手中无剑。高级的设计,也要像“没有设计”,一切如浑然天成。在一个虚实相生的空间里,把智能生活的软硬件不动声色地嵌入其中。
Just like the master using the sword, the pursuit is with sword in the heart, no sword in the hand. Advanced design, also should be like "no design", everything are natural. In a space mixed of virtual and real life, the hardware and software of intelligent life are quietly embedded in it.
相较于市面上多见的模拟样板间型智能展厅,本案的设计可以说是突破了常规。
对老高来说,这是一次“无中生有”的尝试。
Compared with the overused simulation model room among the market, the design of this case can be said to break through the routine. For Lao Gao, it was an attempt to "make out of nothing".
因为客户对想要做的展厅没有具体的要求,也没有对标的样板,更没有抽象的展望,只是说本土现有的同类型展厅没有他中意的。
Because the customer has no specific requirements for the exhibition hall he wants to do, nor the model of the target or the abstract outlook, just to say that-- the existing local exhibition hall of the same type is not what he likes.
闲聊中,老高听闻客户爱去山里、海边放空自己,便抓取到了他的内心需求。爱山野海洋的人,通常也热爱自由,不喜欢被束缚,喜欢无边界感。
In the chats, Lao Gao heard that customers love to go to the mountains, the seaside to make himself empty, so he caught his inner needs. People who love the mountains and oceans usually love freedom, and do not like to be bound, and like no boundaries.
设计灵感第一时间浮现,是两个字:内观。
Design inspiration emerges at the first time, it is two Chinese characters:Invision.
内观强调专注。只有在一个能让人专注的环境中,才能让感官变得敏锐,更好地感知自然界的万物:一阵风、一束光、水流、鸟鸣......
Invision emphasizes focus. Only in an environment that can make people focus, can people’s senses become sensitive and better perceive everything in nature: a gust of wind, a beam of light, water flow, birdsong......
久居樊笼里的芸芸众生,日常琐事缠身,身心难免浮躁。只有先静定了身心,才能更好地安住当下,用眼耳鼻舌身意去感受所处环境的美意。
Long living in the cage, daily trifles, one’s body and mind is inevitably impetuous. Only first calm the body and mind, we can better live in the moment, with the eyes, ears, nose, tongue and body feeling the beauty of the environment.
那么,作为一个智能展厅,要呈现的并不仅仅只是产品本身,更要回归到“人”本身。不但要能使人动用视觉、听觉、触觉等感官去和环境对话,甚至内心深藏的童年记忆或精神家园的寄望也能与当下环境形成共振,被激发出来,那才是设计要抵达的最终目的。

就这样,在 700 方的“城市之光”大厦内,诞生了一个可供内观的小自然。
In this way, in the 700 square meters of the "city light" building, there was born a small nature for insight.
03心的魔法
The magic of heart
有了灵感,接下来便是空间结构的调整。
With the inspiration, the next step comes the adjustment of the spatial structure.
本案原初空间并不规整,棱角多,柱体亦多。首先要把空间做规整,把棱角收干净,使之形成一处相对方正的大空间,再往这个大空间里穿插各种不规则体块做功能区。
The original space of this case is not neat, with many edges and corners, and also many columns. First of all, the space should be neat, and make the edges and corners clean, so that they can form a relatively square large space, and then make this large space interspersed with a variety of irregular blocks to do functional areas.
“这么做的好处是,空间形态的变化多样,有绵延不尽的视效,但整体空间给人的感觉还是方正的。”老高说。
这一手空间规划,有如书法的布阵。
“初学分布,但求平正。既知平正,务追险绝。既能险绝,复归平正。”
"The advantage of this is that the spatial form is diverse, with endless visual effects, but the overall space still feels square."Said Lao Gao.
This space planning is just as a cloth of calligraphy." In the initial learning of distribution, we just need to pursue leveling and correction. We have known how flat is, then it’s turn to pursue the danger. It can be dangerous, but also can return to the normal level.”
这种“看山是山,看山不是山,看山还是山”的心理跌宕,对设计师来说像一种游戏。
This kind of "see the mountain is a mountain, see the mountain is not a mountain, see the mountain or the mountain" psychological turmoil, like a game for designers.
空间是有边界的,但想象力无穷尽。老高说,若想要一处空间显出无限性,就要让心“欺骗”你的眼睛。
Space is bounded, but the imagination is endless. Lao Gao said, if you want a space to show infinity, just let your heart "cheat" your eyes.
就像两片山石即可模拟山外有山的意境,一条迂回曲折的游廊,也可以形成一个无限延伸的空间。
Just as two rocks can simulate the artistic conception of the mountains outside the mountain, a winding verandah, and can also form an infinite extension of the space.
本案中,在一个“回”字形的大空间里,餐客厅、洽谈区、会议室、茶室、影音室......各功能区体块依次附着这条“游览线”上,移步换景。
In this case, in a "back" to the shape of the large space, dining room, negotiation area, conference room, teahouse, video room...... Each functional area block is attached to this "tour line" in turn, in order to change the scene.
体块之间彼此不密闭、不断联,通过挖墙洞、开景窗、设落地窗等手法,一任气息回旋。
The block is not closed to each other, constantly connected, through the wall hole, opening the window, setting French Windows and other techniques, letting a breath around.
所有体块的间隙均有相应的对景,中庭风光是大背景,此外还有多处小景。哪怕是一隅洗手台,都可以当成插花清供桌。
All the gaps of the blocks have a corresponding scene, the atrium scenery is the big background, and in addition, there are also many small scenes. Even a corner sink, can be used as a flower arrangement for a clear table.
最妙的是客厅,与中庭仅以一帘电动窗相隔。帘幕一闭,是气氛温馨的居家客厅。智能场景一切换,灯光变暗,壁炉升腾起白烟,客厅又成为了一处冥想空间。此时把电动窗帘拉起,中庭风光便成为大背景,配合山水清音,让人恍如置身山林中,真个叫“不下堂筳,坐穷泉壑”。
The most wonderful one is the sitting room, which the atrium only by a curtain of electric window apart. It comes to the home living room with warm atmosphere after the curtain is closed. Smart scene changes, the lights dimmer, then the fireplace rises white smoke, the living room becomes a meditation space. Pull up the electric curtain, the atrium scenery will become a big background, with the landscape clear sound, let a person feel like place oneself in the forest, it can really be called "still in the hall and sit spring gully fully".
智能生活的精髓,于当下立现。场所都是为人服务的,通过形式与感官的互文,形成“人观物,物照人”的内观。这也是设计的精髓所在。
The essence of an intelligent life is ‘now’.
Places all serve people, through the interaction of form and senses, make the formation of "human view and things, things according to people"’s inner view. And that s the essence of design.
本案设计中,用到了大量的大理石。这也是老高的偏好,他中意大理石自然的纹路,有厚度、有生命力,能与环境很好地协调。
In the design of this case, a large amount of marble was used. This is also Lao Gao’s preference, he likes marble natural grain, which has thickness, vitality, also can coordinate well with the environment.
但如此大面积地用大理石,曾经让客户满心忧虑,担心会喧宾夺主。老高却对大理石的表现力很有信心,他将石材做了酸洗面处理,增强它的吸光力,使光打下去更柔和、更纯粹。
However, such a large area of marble’s use once made customers full of worry, worry will dominate the host. Lao Gao is very confident of the performance of the marble, he did the stone pickling surface treatment, in order to enhance its light absorption force, thus making the light hit down softer, and more pure.
果然,实际应用中,偌大展厅,大理石的存在仿佛大象无形。当人沉浸于场所氛围中时,它仿佛不存在。只有当人的视线停驻于局部时,才会看到石材本身,意识到它无所不在。
As expected, in practice, the existence of marble in the so large exhibition hall is as if an elephant was invisible. And when people are immersed in the atmosphere of the place, it seems does not exist. Only when the person’s sight stops in one area, can you see the stone itself and realize that --it is everywhere.
这就是心的魔法。《楞严经》讲,“心无所在,心无不在”。说到底,心才是万物的设计师。
This is the magic of the heart. Yan Sutra once said, "the heart has no place, then the heart is in". All in all, the heart is the designer of everything.
