More and more people are interested on the “Sustainable Tourism” understood as respect for the place but also local traditions and in the Venice lagoon has unique features that can still be discovered.
In Portegrandi we designed an “experiential farm” that can transmit unique emotions. The project aims to think about the user experience 360 °; it ‘was designed not only the minimum housing but also the aggregation points, the activities, the open spaces, the methods of transportation to get to “Slow Venice”, etc... All this with extraordinary energy performance that exceed higher current European standards in terms of energy savings.
