The project Danube Flats offers a set of unique advantages: It is located at the central spot of the urban development zone, high rise area of the donaucity in the 22nd district of Vienna. The apartments on the water front will offer fantastic views. In addition, the new location of the excellent transport network will be beneficial (direct access to the subway, direct motorway connection, connection to the Vienna bicycle network).
The Danube Island is Viennas biggest recreational area and invites to numerous activities. The Neue Donau lies outside the front door, the Alte Donau is only two metro stations away, the recreation area of the Kaiserwasser can be reached in just five minutes. The combination of private housing and public recreation area is a benefit. The international trend for waterfront living gets a new expression and combines design with intelligent site development. We plan on the principles of sustainability and energy efficiency. The public areas will be open for all inhabitants of Kaisermühlen, they will get direct access to the recreational areas.
