The project deals with adaptation of historic warehouses and revitalization of old industrial areas in the port of Gdynia. The center for integration of foreigners and sailors families in the redeveloped area is planned. The project was sited on the Polska street in its section between Karlskrona roundabout and the Rotterdamska street, on the stretch of Polish Enbankment. This area is located right at the Gdynia center. It borders with the enormous green areas of the so called Międzytorze (known as City Center Development Area). After overall analysis of all aspect it was decided to set up an integration centrum, a multifunctional complex of buildings, planned as a place for integration and familiarizing with the problems of emigration and refugees.
