The intervention involved, as well as the redefinition of the interior spaces, a deep structural consolidation, both for floors and for walls elements, so to reach to an architectural product that is completely different from its original state. The living area is organized around the central volume that houses the kitchen. Behind this element we placed the study area and from there, through the hallway, you come to services and bedroom. Our tailored approach to the project has led us to equip the apartment with valuable solutions, such as the use of large sliding glass panels illuminating the service areas, the conversion of all the niches into built in cupboards and furniture. The choice of bamboo for flooring ensures a very good light diffusion into the apartment which becomes with its texture an element of strong personality.
