通过筑山、叠石、理水的造园手法，布局曲廊游园动线，水瀑叠石与流水绕庭彼此映衬，空间层次丰盈，虚实明暗错落。

本案为住宅项目，由阔景高层组成，设计主体为一层商铺。限于层高，空间整体以水平向设计手法展开，采用去中心性非对称轴线来延展空间尺度。
