在“四艺”理念的基础上，以及演变的模块化的形式去渗透人们的生活中，办公泡泡在原来的经验上大胆利用模块处理，这次更针对办空间。
“办公泡泡”是打造一个面向居民、企业、创业团队的公共办公空间，它打破以往的私密单一的办公空间，将其变成一个面向大众的公共办公区域，办公泡泡运用丰富的泡泡模块拼组而成，形成一个趣味的多功能的办公空间,此空间主要面向三类群体：民众、企业、创业团队，不同的群体和办公泡泡有个着不同的关系且不同的群体有针对的泡泡模块，其不同组成泡泡模块形成模块化为其民众、企业、创业团队提供服务。
共享视角下，每个办公泡泡内部空间设计成丰富的多样的公共办公空间形态,如圆形围绕式,席地而坐式、面对面式等，这些空间形式都大大促成人们在日常办公中休憩中的交流互动等行为，且更好的提供一个平台让大家遇见、碰撞、分享、共享资源、提供主意等等，从而更好的提高工作效率和工作心情。
