When my team and I were planning and designing the Xiangyang 900 reconstruction project, we often discussed:We not only want to build a building, but also to leave a place with lasting vitality, so that it can still rejuvenate in the ever-changing era, and contribute to people's happiness and happiness.

Xiangyang 900 used to be the premier affordable supermarket, and it bears the memories of many Baoshan residents. Today, Xiangyang 900 has transformed and regained its brilliance. With its extraordinary design, it exemplifies its significance beyond shopping experience. It was born in response to Baoshan's economic development and consumer demand. In the future, it will also breathe and grow together with Baoshan District.

EDS 的“场所社交” 设计理念，即指创造人们喜爱光顾的场所，主张设计要从人们内心深处的需求出发，以为人们打造沉浸式的环境为本，让大家可以在这个空间里相互交流、分享纯正多元的新城市体验。

并且，EDS 采用 “协同创作” 的设计模式，汇聚了多元文化背景和创意，将建筑、景观、室内、环境、灯光完美融合，充分激发场所潜能，让人们充满好奇心的进行探索并且流连忘返。

The “social place” design concept of EDS refers to creating places that people love. 为了准确把握宝山市区的风情，唐先生多次考察项目及周边社区，这里明媚的阳光、河道边漫步闲适的人们给他留下了深刻印象，也被直接反映到了设计之中。

为了体现宝山市区的滨水阳光，EDS团队在外立面采用当地具有横向肌理的自然石材，配以钢、玻璃和木材，让建筑整体闪烁着与阳光同步的光泽感。

到了夜晚，在灯光的映射下，石材肌理线条，像是被赋予了水的生命，随着灯光倾泻而下，完美的融入这城市的夜景，又独自散发着光芒。

In order to accurately grasp the style of Baoshan City, Mr. Tang has inspected the project and surrounding communities many times. The bright sunshine and people walking leisurely along the river left a deep impression on him, which directly reflected in the design. In order to reflect the waterfront sunshine in Baoshan urban area, the EDS team used local natural stone with horizontal texture on the facade. They were combined with steel, glass and wood, so that the whole building shone with a sense of gloss synchronized with the sun. At night, under the reflection of the light, the stone texture lines seem to be given the life of water. With the pouring of light, it perfectly blends into the night scene of the city.

交通导向型商业聚集人气的商业地标2

向阳900，总建筑面积近15000m²， 地铁7号线行知路站直达。融合购物、精致餐饮、娱乐休闲、亲子教育功能于一体，旨在为近在咫尺的邻里提供全方位的生活新体验。

基于这种独特的地域条件，链接性是项目成功的关键之一。EDS运用其娴熟的交通枢纽组织经验及人流动线的设计技巧，再一次印证了其在营造繁荣商业氛围的优势。

Xiangyang 900, with a total construction area of nearly 15000m², is directly accessible by Metro Line 7 in Xingzhi Road Station. It integrates shopping, fine dining, entertainment and leisure, and parent-child education functions into one, aiming to provide a full range of new life experiences for neighbors within easy reach. Based on this unique geographical condition, connectivity is one of the keys to the success of the project. EDS uses its skilled transportation hub organization experience and people flow line design skills to create a prosperous business atmosphere.

扩大商业步道，起到聚拢客流的作用，亲切适宜的人性化设计，也吸引和鼓励着消费者去探索向阳900不同的业态和服务。

将整个商业综合体的各个部分有机联系在了一起，构筑宝山精致型社区商业广场。

同时，沿着郁郁葱葱的景观步道，设置了很多室外座椅、公共艺术装置，以及极富活力的地标艺术，让人们逗留、漫步、流连和徘徊其中，在建筑和景观相互交融间徜徉。

The expansion of commercial trails plays a role in gathering passenger flow. The friendly and suitable humanized design also attracts and encourages consumers to explore the different formats and services of Xiangyang 900. The various parts of the entire commercial complex are organically connected to form a commercial plaza in Baoshan's exquisite community.At the same time, along the lush landscape trails, many outdoor seating, public art installations, and vibrant landmark art have been set up, allowing people to stay, stroll, linger and wander among them, wandering in the fusion of architecture and landscape.

穿形式店铺排列，营造轻松舒适的就餐环境，多功能岛为个性店铺、咖啡厅、艺术沙龙、娱乐，增加了互动体验和社交需求。

The maximized open entrance and walk-through layout make the space more visually clear. Different colors and styles are arranged in an orderly manner. The store color system is constructed through the product appearance that integrates the brand genes to make the brand more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. While the store brings more display surface, it also allows passing consumers to directly arrive at the store to purchase products without exerting much effort, thereby improving customer acquisition.

外立面采用流线型的玻璃设计，这个“透明的墙面”把内部和外部之间的界限变得模糊起来，让用户和路人之间有更多的互动体验。

The façade adapts a streamlined glass design. This "transparent wall" blurs the boundary between the interior and the exterior, allowing more interactive experiences between clients and passersby. While people observe the building from outside, the people inside seem to become models in the window.
