Chengdu is one of the cities with the fastest high-tech development and most strict ecological preservation in China. Egret Bay Eco Hi-Tech Park is located at the gateway to the south of Chengdu. Our design is based on the three scopes of urban context, architectural ambiences and product experiences, and making the project an energy-driven ecological high-tech core. The new economic development of the entire new area will be activated and accelerated by this engine. On the one hand, we conform to the main public space axis, and on the other hand, we strive to break the traditional determinant layout and form a more aggregated and integrated texture. While integrating the green spaces in various scales, a relaxed and open relationship between constructions and nature is created.

The entire park and buildings form a huge ark in a modular way, like a three-dimensional city. The service support module based on the main board layer can adapt to the different needs of industrial development. The vibrant neighborhood on the ground floor is the most characteristic street and alley commercial space in Chengdu, which can provide diverse urban services such as dinning, café, leisure, and entertainment for all kinds of people in the park. The 3-4 floors of the central area are shared co-working platforms, where there are large conference centers, studios, product promotion centers, corporate exhibition halls and other service modules to promote the accelerated development of high-tech enterprises. Tower office spaces on the top levels are independent units customized for leading companies. The above together constitute an ecological park that can serve the full life cycle of high-tech industries.
