龙塘湖公园位于重庆礼嘉片区，与龙湖礼嘉天街相邻，由龙湖地产代建改造。改造之前的公园人气与活力相对较低，通过项目前期调研，我们总结出场地如下现状。

Longtang Lake Park is located in the Lijia area of Chongqing, adjacent to Longhu Lijia Sky Street, and was built and renovated on behalf of Longhu Real Estate. The popularity and vitality of the park before the renovation was relatively low. Through the pre-project research, we summarized the current situation of the field as follows.

一、公园可达性差，紧邻两条城市次干道，入口昭示性弱。内部以一条环湖跑道串联主要活动区域，内外高差较大，便捷度低；二、公园内水域面积占总面积1/3，但滨湖亲水性弱，活动内容单一。水域观赏视线不开阔，栈桥等构筑物体验较差；三、公园各功能分区主题性缺乏，仅满足休憩等基本需求，缺少主题特色与活动空间吸引人的活动空间。内有多处景观构筑，但造型及实用性不强，难以使用和停留，缺乏游戏设施，对儿童吸引力弱。基于以上现状，导致公园尽管占地19公顷，但服务范围小，空间灵活性弱。对此，我们从以下几个方面针对性做出景观改造提升。

First, the accessibility of the park is poor, and the entrance is weak. Inside the park, the main activity areas are connected by a running track around the lake, with large height difference between inside and outside, and low convenience; Second, the water area in the park accounts for 1/3 of the total area, but the hydrophilicity of the lake is weak, and the content of the activities is single; Third, the park lacks of thematicity in the various functional subdivisions of the park, and it only meets the basic needs of rest, and it lacks the thematic characteristics and the space for the activities that are attractive to the people. Based on the above status quo, the park, despite covering an area of 19 hectares, has a small service area and weak flexibility. In response to this, we have targeted the following aspects of landscape renovation and upgrading.

Ⅰ.在原有竖向关系、功能关系之上塑造出与周边公园差异化定位 Shape the differentiation from the neighboring parks on the basis of the original vertical and functional relationships

近几年，礼嘉片区随着城市一路向北的规划进程迎来了越来越多人入住，也随之拥有了更强劲的片区活力和发展支撑。依托生态基底，礼嘉12平方公里范围内，大大小小的公园有9个，其中大多数依山借水而建，多为生态保护、湿地森林等自然主题，区域内缺乏以亲子为主题的大型儿童游乐互动公园。

With the planning process of the city going all the way north, Lijia area has welcomed more and more people to move in, and also has a stronger vitality and development support for the area. Within 12 square kilometers of Lijia, there are 9 large and small parks, most of which are built on mountains and water, mostly for ecological protection, wetlands, forests and other natural themes, and there is a lack of large-scale children’s amusement and interactive parks with the theme of parents and children in the area.

龙塘湖公园体量大，拥有龙塘水库、林地、坡度等自然资源，且场地原本就包含不同主题与功能分区，对于塑造具有强功能参与性的山地儿童公园具有天然优势，也推导出该项目“儿童游乐户外空间和休闲运动山地公园”的差异化定位。

Longtang Lake Park has a large area, with natural resources such as Longtang Reservoir, woodland, slope, etc., and the site originally contains different themes and functional zones, which is a natural advantage for shaping a mountain children’s park with strong functionality and participation, and also leads to the differentiated positioning of the project as “children’s outdoor space for playing games and a mountain park for recreation and sports”.

Ⅱ.近万平米山地特色儿童主题区成为核心吸引力 Mountain-inspired children’s theme areas become the park’s core attraction

龙塘湖公园注重人与场地的互动，增强使用者的参与感，其中最重要的体系便是儿童活动区域。儿童玩耍集中在北侧与东侧，北侧利用高差形成趣味的山丘沙滩乐园和趣味浅水乐园，东侧是最大的儿童玩耍区，通过充满活力的圆环大爬网、各种趣味秋千、超长的山丘滑梯、刺激的滑板乐园、巨大的圆环剧场等儿童设施，将湿地、山地、滑板三大主题乐园串联成一条探索奇趣的游玩路径。

Children’s play is concentrated in the north side and east side, the north side uses the height difference to form interesting hill beach park and interesting shallow water park, the east side is the largest children’s play area, through the energetic circle big climbing net, all kinds of fun swings, extra-long hill slides, exciting skateboarding park, huge circle theater and other children’s facilities will be the wetland, the hill, skateboarding three major theme parks in series into an exploration of the fun of the path of play.

近万平米的儿童空间为孩子们提供更多户外玩耍的机会和场所，成为了公园核心吸引力，多维的特色游玩空间和丰富的互动场景体验，增强人群粘性，大大增加公园活力。

Nearly 10,000 square meters of children’s space provides more opportunities and places for children to play outdoors, which becomes the core attraction of the park. Multi-dimensional featured play space and rich interactive scene experience enhance the stickiness of the crowd.

Ⅲ.增添空间功能类型，将公园服务半径扩大从社区扩大至城市级 Adding space types to expand the radius of park services from the neighborhood to the city level

公园周边积聚高密度住宅区，但仅能通过西、南广场两个口进入，出入不便。我们通过多点介入，从平面和竖向全方位打通入口可达性，让进入公园的路径更便捷。通过让公园景观向社区有机延伸，成为周边住区的核心休闲空间。

The park is surrounded by high-density residential areas, but can only be accessed through the two entrances of the west and south squares, so we intervene at multiple points to open up the accessibility of the entrances in all directions from the planar and vertical directions. The park landscape extends organically to the community and becomes the core leisure space of the neighboring settlements.

在原有公园功能结构基础之上，将各个区域的主题调整升级，延伸出包括滩涂游玩、湿地休闲、山地运动、滨湖环道、集市云廊等五大主题区域，并预留出大量空间引入各类公共艺术活动，创造综合性公共空间。重视公众参与，集聚人气，带动区域社会与经济发展。

On top of the original functional structure of the park, the theme of each area is adjusted and upgraded to extend five major theme areas including beach play, wetland recreation, mountain sports, lakeshore loop and bazaar cloud corridor. Emphasis is placed on public participation to gather popularity and drive regional social and economic development.

Ⅳ.与商业联动，公园与商业脉络贯通 Linkage with commercial, park and commercial veins are connected

龙塘湖公园南北两侧均是商业体，北侧在建，南侧与重庆礼嘉天街仅一街之隔。我们将公园的环湖动线、步行桥动线直接与商业相连接,让公园景观与商业紧密连接。

The north and south sides of Longtang Paradise Park are commercial buildings, the north side is under construction, and the south side is only one street away from Lijia Tianjie. We connect the park’s lakeside line and walking bridge line directly to the business, so that the park landscape is closely connected to the business.

商业空间和氛围也延展至公园内部。我们利用连接南北的桥体，形成连续人流引导，串联南北商业。桥体暂不通车，成了商业外延界面，一公里长的路径被赋予集市、人行、观赏等多功能属性。桥体结构极简，外挂装饰包裹桥体，承担水幕秀观景平台、节庆巡游等活动功能，是一个融合多种功能的交通载体。公园成了商业的一部分，也有发生商业行为的场景。

The commercial space and atmosphere also extend from the extension to the interior of the park. We utilize the bridge that connects the north and south to form a continuous flow of people to guide the north and south businesses. The one kilometer long path is given multi-functional attributes such as bazaar swing, pedestrian, viewing. The structure of the bridge is minimalist, with external decorations wrapped around the bridge, taking on the function of water show viewing platform, festival parade and other activities, which is a transportation carrier integrating multiple functions.

优化驳岸，增加栈道临水空间，提升景观亲水性 Optimize the barge, increase the waterfront space of the trestle, and enhance the hydrophilicity of the landscape

龙塘水库水域面积超过50000㎡，我们保留了湖畔原有的生态湿地功能，并对其进行提升改造，如净化水体、植物规整提升、优化驳岸、并将木平台栈道伸至水面上，提升景观亲水性。

The water area of Longtang Reservoir is more than 50,000m2, we retained the original ecological wetland function of the lake and upgraded it, such as purifying the water, upgrading the plant regulation, optimizing the barge, and the water-friendly grandstand, to enhance the hydrophilicity of the landscape.

植物设计保留老公园上千株优良现状大小乔木树，延续场地记忆，同时建立起与现代人的休闲需求相适应的功能场地。开阔的水面，水生植物放坡形成的生态驳岸，浓郁的乔木，这个小小的生态环境，也容纳着城市和自然的和谐共生。

The botanical design preserves thousands of trees on the original site to continue the memory of the site and at the same time establishes a functional site that is compatible with the leisure needs of modern people. The open water, rich trees, and small ecological environment accommodate the harmonious symbiosis between the city and nature.

改造之后的龙塘湖公园成为一个开放、立体、生态、多维，以亲子为主题的综合城市公园。公众从居住区流向公园，也为商业带来人气，购物中心连接公园游逛构建出新的消费和休闲场景。

After remodeling, Longtang Lake Park becomes an open, three-dimensional, ecological, parent-child themed integrated city park. The public flocked to the park from all over the city, which also brought popularity to the business, and the shopping center connected the park wanderings to build a new consumption and leisure scene.

自今年夏天建成以来，它迅速成为各大社交媒体热门打卡地，也再一次验证解决公众核心需求与痛点对于设计的重要性。龙塘湖公园解决了旧公园结构、功能单一的问题，创造出新的功能场地及活动可能性，实现了社会效益和公共价值。

There are still regrets about the project’s landing and program results. Since its completion this summer, Longtang Lake Park has quickly become a popular social media destination, once again validating the importance of addressing the public’s core needs and pain points in design. Longtang Lake Park solves the problems of the old park structure and single function, creates new functional venues and activity possibilities, and ultimately creates the social benefits of sharing and enjoyment for all.
