The architectural design was based on specific characteristics of the land, views, orientation, local climate, and their operational needs for the permanent residence of the family. Based on these data designed one-storey house with basement and swimming pool, with an area of 200 sq.m. The location of the building on the site was based on both, shape of the land orientation and views. The detailed study of orientation resulted in maximum utilization of natural light and views, but also the protection of the house from strong winds. The building placed in the EastWest axis, to ensure the unimpeded view. The entrance to the house is reached from the north and central part of the main volume of the house. An important feature of the house is the landscaping with the barbeque and pool, which provides panoramic views as it develops cantilever parallel to the house on the north side of the plot.
