Hotel Peteani is situated in a medieval town on the east side of the Istrian peninsula.
The hotel was built on the ruins of a family villa from the beginning of the 20th century.
Most of the building has been preserved in its original form, and the newly built restaurant has been interpolated in compliance with the permit issued by the Conservation Office.
Structural part of the renovation and building layout was performed by TIORA doo exterior design company, while interior design and all interior elements have been entrusted to the Pula-based FABRIKA studio.
Construction and design scope is 800 m2. The hotel has 14 rooms, a restaurant and the spa.
