我们对场地现状及前稿方案的不断推敲与思考，奠定了阳光城周浦项目，运动、健康、人文、包容的生活基调，采用合理的、富有人情味的现代风格景观设计，提高居住环境的质量，通过不同的主题空间的营造，吸引人们走出户外，增强住区的运动、休闲场地。
如何在保证车行、人行、消防通道压力的情况下，构建一个有秩序并且有良好形象展示空间的入口区域，如何让入口区域与景观主轴产生较好的联系，并且进行很好的人流引导；让入口与主轴景观形成整体。
如何在保证造价的前
提下创造多元化的节点空间以及多样的功能区域。

项目通过“精筑美学”，以木雕为原型，提炼意境，图案纹理以及构件元素运用到主入口，单元入口及景观小品中，体现其精致感，细腻感。“乐童club“的打造则是将架空层与室外儿童活动区联系起来，室内外一体，通过感应喷泉，萤火虫之光等互动式体验景观，打造一体化的情景主题游乐园。
