七百多年前的宋朝，是文人商贾心向往之的“城市山林”；“湖、山、林、泉”的自然格局和静雅风格已然奠定。山东济南中信泰富九庐售楼处以宋的简雅为精神源泉，以极简的空间表现当代诗性生活方式和恬淡自适的美学体验。

The Song Dynasty, more than 700 years ago, was the "urban forest" that scholars and businessmen yearned for. The natural pattern of "lake, mountain, forest and spring" and the quiet and elegant style have been laid. Citic Pacific Nine Lu Sales Building in Jinan, Shandong Province, is the spiritual source of the song Dynasty’s simplicity and elegance, with a minimalist space to express the contemporary poetic lifestyle and quiet and comfortable aesthetic experience.

斜出直线和空间弧面形成很好的互动关系，延长了空间视线，表面粘贴金箔如斑竹上的湘妃泪，平添一分肌理的精致。文竹轻盈的透气感，如梦似幻，如山水的笔触营造虚实结合的空间，简洁大气和空间的意境感完美融合。

在廊区植入一组排列整齐的山东龙山黑陶，用当代方式讲述器物的故事，重新建立精神共鸣和情感连接。漆黑乌亮的蛋壳陶，可上溯到新石器时代晚期，深厚庄重的仪式感，即回归对“韵”的营造，也是一种文化自信。

另一边，延伸的光影竹影，简化背景，以木格围绕，静穆大气，将宋代秀逸的艺术审美完美切契合到现代空间。虽然与前室搭配相同，但层次更深远，仿佛身处幽林，瞬间诗意万象。

宋之美，不是唐代“满城尽带黄金甲”的肆意绚烂，而是认真对待一片素瓷、一截枯木、一片烟云，于细节中轻叩生命的意象与精神。其强烈的人文精神，以及至纯至雅的独特风貌，筑起一座中国美学高峰。那轻盈深邃、朴雅隽永的世界，生长在今天的设计中，延续悠长。

The beauty of song is not the wanton gorgeous of tang Dynasty, but the image and spirit of tapping life in details with a piece of plain porcelain, a piece of dead wood and a cloud of smoke.
