北京胡同里的"新旧碰撞"——odd 设计事务所改造 HE Kitchen & Co._家装空间_设计案例作品

设计亮点

新旧材料碰撞，打造开放空间，展现两种风格交汇的瞬间。

HE Kitchen&Co.

位于离国子监不远的五道营胡同，身处历史保护街区胡同的中心位置。odd设计事务所根据委托人的要求，对其进行了改造。

餐厅外貌

项目本身位于北京的老胡同，本来就是一栋两层的临街小楼，外立面是老北京标志性的青砖墙面，建筑面积80㎡左右。设计师在改造过程中特意保留了此建筑原有的青砖瓦面。

The project itself is located in the old Hutong of Beijing. It was originally a small two-story building facing the street. The facade is the landmark green brick wall of old Beijing, with a building area of about 80. In the process of renovation, the designer specially retained the original green brick tile surface of the building on purpose.

一层楼梯入口

出于对新旧事物间关系的思考，设计师在改造过程中更加注意对材料的应用，除了保留原青砖外墙和室内部分结构柱，又加入温暖自然的木材和酷感十足的水泥及钢板，刻画不同材料的质感，产生空间视觉上的碰撞。

吧台处黑白人字纹瓷砖的运用，极具装饰感，对比强烈，空间更显活泼跳跃。地面铁板与铁质楼梯相连，继而延伸上二层，强调空间的连贯性，对客人动线也起了一定的引导作用。

Considering the relationship between the old and the new, designers pay more attention to the application of materials in the process of transformation. In addition to retaining the original green brick exterior wall and interior structural columns, the warm and natural wood and cool cement and steel plate are added to depict the texture of different materials, resulting in space visual collision.

二层就餐空间 Second Floor Dining Area

二层露台 Terrace

在空间设计上，以“开放”为切入点，一层和二层之间没有任何隔断的空间，二层通向后面露台，二者之间有悬空的“桥”连接，给食客们更加开敞的交流空间。除此之外，考虑到满足空间的丰富性，一层是相对封闭的空间，二层是半封闭的空间，一部分的玻璃顶部，露台又是露天空间，会给人不一样的空间体验。

Considering the richness of space, the first floor is a relatively closed space, the second floor is a semi closed space, part of the glass top, and the terrace is open space, which will give people a different space experience.

Dining Space

餐厅的老板希望开设一家全新的独创料理的轻食餐厅，而不是一家传统意义上的西餐厅或日式料理餐厅。我们遵循客户的要求为这家餐厅进行了改造设计。“料理”的领域就是这样，原本有着各种各样的界限。而我们所涉猎的“空间”设计这个领域也是如此，这之中也有着诸多界限——新事物与旧事物、西式风格与日式风格、事物的内部与外部、房间与其他房间、房间与家具、木材或砖块等有机材料、无机的白与黑。现在，这种原本不会跨越其界限，不可能交汇的两种现象或概念，却同时存在了。这不是双方之中只能有一方存在，也不是非要一较高下。它的出发点是展现出双方交汇的瞬间。在胡同这一具有历史感的空间中，把“相对立的两种事物”这个普遍矛盾体转换融合到空间里，恰好也就是odd事务所一直主张的设计理念。

The owner of the restaurant hopes to open a new light food restaurant with original cuisine, rather than a traditional western restaurant or Japanese cuisine restaurant. We followed the customer’s request to carry on the transformation and designed this restaurant. This is the case in the field of cuisine, which originally had various boundaries. The same is true in the field of "space" design, in which there are many boundaries - new things and old things, western style and Japanese style, internal and external of things, rooms and other rooms, rooms and furniture, organic materials such as wood or brick, inorganic white and black and etc. Now, these two phenomena or concepts, which would not have crossed their boundaries and could not meet, exist at the same time. It is not that only one of the two sides can exist, nor is it necessary to compete. Its starting point is to show the moment when both sides meet. In the historical space of Hutong, the universal contradiction of "two opposite things" is transformed into the space, which is exactly the design concept advocated by odd.
