石门镇是位于桐乡西侧的古镇。毗邻乌镇,是著名艺术家丰子恺的故乡。石门镇的农业极为发达,是众多种类优质农产品的聚集地。
Shimen town is an ancient town located at the west side of Tongxiang city which is nearby Wuzhen. Shimen town is famous for it’s agricultural resource, which is a gathering place for many kinds of high-quality agricultural products.

有机餐厅,坐落于镇北的华腾牧业石湾猪舍里农场内。场内景观以人工营造为主,各类植栽如:槜李、甜柿、梨、香草等,并有水系贯穿其中,整个园区即是一个自给自足的小世界。
The organic restaurant is located at one agricultural park at the north part of the town. The site landscape is mainly constructed by artificial construction, and various plants such as: Plum, Persimmon, Pear, Vanilla, etc., also there are water systems running through it. The whole park is just like a small world of self-sufficiency.

餐厅由两个单坡斜顶空间自东向南旋转六十度“转身”后,体量的一角在临湖的西侧打破长墙,主体的一角“破洞而出”,仿若湖上石舫。行人进入园区,隔湖而立,可从墙体上的梯形长洞中远远窥伺到餐厅的一隅,见到一个“不完整”的内部,同时建筑西南角的入口门仿若一个巨大的“雕塑”,偌大的悬挑结构在临湖侧即曝露在观看者的视野之中,使人从而欲往近处探究。
After the restaurant which have two single slope inclined roof space is rotated 60 degrees from east to south, one corner of the volume breaks the long wall on the west side by the lake, which seems as one stone boat on the lake. When the pedestrians enter the park and stand by the lake, they can see a corner of the restaurant which is incomplete come out from the long trapezoid hole on the white wall. At the same time, the entrance door at the southwest corner of the building is like a huge “Sculpture” to welcome customers. The huge overhanging eaves is exposed in the view of the tourist on the side of the lake, which makes people want to approach and explore it.

建筑“转身的动作”与周遭的围墙之间形成了“三个庭院”。穿过餐厅的入口门头,即为第一个院子,近26米进深的混凝土屋顶板将建筑的主立面压得极低,这是一种邀请的谦逊姿态,入口庭院大面积草坪与休憩座位作为客人等位休憩的空间,同时兼具户外活动之用。
There are “three courtyards” formed by the turning movement of the building and the surrounding walls. Through the entrance door of the restaurant, it is the first courtyard. The concrete roof slab with depth of nearly 26 meters makes the main eave of the building extremely low, which shows an inviting attitude to the diners. The entrance courtyard with lawn and rest seats offer the serve as the space for guests’ waiting and rest area, and also serve as the outdoor activities sometimes.

下沉餐厅的北侧是一排低矮的连续长条窗,窗外是第二个“院”——为园区未来使用预留的香草园,其产物后期亦可用于餐厅的食物制作。与其隔墙相望的是相对私密的第三个院子——包厢区的私密景色“枫林庭院”。两个院子由一个象征“别有天地”的葫芦形门洞相勾连,在四季变换中对望两院中变幻的自然景色。
The north side of the sunken restaurant is a row of low continuous windows, and the second courtyard is outside the window, which is the “Vanilla Garden” reserved for the future use of the park. The products can also be used as food production in the restaurant in future. The third courtyard is a private garden for the boxes. The two yards are linked by a gourd door which shows changing natural scenery at two sides and different seasons.

进入建筑,是餐厅的接待大堂,设有前台、开放式厨房展示面及定制的超大弧形木桌,可供多人用餐及手工食品制作。大堂往左侧,是餐厅最具特色的下沉式用餐区域,随着几个台阶的高差下降,单吊顶也从大堂安宁的蓝灰色变换为极富热情的红灰色,暗示此处拥有另一种空间特性。
Entering the building, it is the reception hall of the restaurant with front desk, open kitchen and customized large wooden table, which can be used for many people to eat and make manual food at the same time. On the left side of the lobby is the most distinctive sunken dining area of the restaurant. With the height difference of several steps falling, the single ceiling also changes from the peaceful blue-gray to the extremely enthusiastic red-gray, which suggesting that there is another space with special spatial feature here.

下沉空间最大程度地将建筑与湖景结合,长向的坡屋顶带来的室内开窗高度急剧降低,压缩了人的视觉和体感,将视线引向湖面及对岸。从建筑外侧看来,此时下沉的体量打破外部围墙的“桎梏”,悬浮于湖面(前文提到的“石舫”)。
The sinking space combines the architecture with the lake to the most extent, and the height of window opening reduced sharply by the long-term slope roof, which compress the human visual and physical sense, and leads the sight to the landscape outdoor and the opposite bank of the lake. At the same time, the dining experience of “Sunken Restaurant” is unique: the seats with the building is designed as the same height as the external ground, which lowers the visual and physical sense of diners.

同时,“下沉餐厅”用餐体验也是别具一格:与建筑一体设计的卡座与外部地面同高,将用餐者的用餐高度压低到与室外地面齐平,视觉所及之处皆为绿意,仿佛身处自然之地,与花草结伴,空间使用感受安宁而静谧。
Diners can enjoy an uninterrupted view of the garden. The natural place, accompanied by vanilla or other plants, which are at the same height as people’s eyes, therefore, people will feels serene and quiet from the space.

由于建筑的预算不高,设计采用了建筑行业使用较为普遍的建筑材料,主体建筑以砖混结构为主,室内外使用涂料、瓷砖、沥青瓦、玻璃及少量钢材,以控制建筑的造价。这是“其实建筑”一贯延续在建筑空间尝试中的一条线索:采用普通材料,以理地的方式,创造独有体验的建筑空间以回应自身感知到的周遭与信息。
Due to the low budget of the building, the design adopts the building materials which are widely used in the construction industry. The building is mainly made of brick-concrete structure, and the paint, tile, asphalt tile, glass and a small amount of steel are used indoor and outdoor to control the construction cost. This is a clue that “All Studio” has been continuing in the attempt of architecture design: to create unique architectural space atmosphere in a rational way with low cost materials to respond to the surroundings and information we perceive from the site.
