The careful reading of the territory, located between the mountains and the lake, has deeply inspired the new Dolce Vita Residence.
The solar orientation, the points of view on the surrounding context, the direction of the winds, the urban pre-existences with the full and empty spaces of the landscape, were the inspiring elements that guided the definition of this new architecture placed in a precious Ticino context. and in great evolution. In Muralto there are in fact important regional projects underway, such as the new Grand Hotel, the Railway Station and the project to create a new regional center. The new Dolce Vita Residence, terraced like the Ticino vineyards, dialogues with the hilly context of Lake Maggiore and offers a new way of living in the region.
The residence consists of 48 apartments. All units benefit from one or two parking spaces in the garage or outside and many apartments have large gardens or terraces.
The architects have given particular attention, in addition to the design of the individual units, to the common areas, places of aggregation and entertainment. In fact, they imagined a tree-lined and green setting.
